The staff are friendly and speak very well. I recommend that you call the hotel number to ask. We requested to check in before the time (12:00). Check-in was possible, but it might depend on the room whether there were previous guests or not. There is free coffee and drinks before noon. There is a 7-Eleven at the entrance. There are some snacks in the refrigerator for you to eat, but I'm not sure if the hotel provides food.

ห้องกว้างดี อยู่ในสถานที่ๆเงียบ มีที่จอดรถพอเพียง แต่ โรงแรมเปิดมานานพอสมควร เฟอร์นิเจอร์บางอย่างควรปรับปรุง เก้าอี้ที่นั่งในห้องพิงไม่ได้ เพราะ พนักพิงชำรุด โทรทัศน์ในห้องที่พักเก่ามากกกกกก แอร์ปรับอุณหภูมิไม่ได้เสียงดังมากๆ กระดาษชำระไม่เพียงพอ ใช้ได้แค่ส่วนที่เหลือจากผู้พักเก่า โอกาสคงต้องตามหาสถานที่ใหม่หละ

โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ใจกลางเมือง ใกล้กับมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฎเชียงใหม่ และ ที่สำคัญใกล้กับกาดจริงใจเพียง 200 เมตร ห้องพักกว้างขวาง แอร์ทำงานดี น้ำไหลแรง น้ำอุ่นทำงานดีมากแม้ข้างนอกจะหนาวมากก็ตาม ที่จอดรถมีทั้งแบบในร่มและลานจอดที่กว้างมาก จอดรถได้สบายๆ พนักงานใส่ใจบริการดี มีกาแฟเครื่องให้บริการฟรีด้วยตอนเช้า WIFI ทำงานได้ดีมาก ส่วนตัวชอบที่พักที่นี่ แนะนำถ้ามาเชียงใหม่เป็นอีกหนึ่งทางเลือกในการจองที่พักที่ประหยัด ตั้งใจกลางเมือง เดินทางง่าย มี 7-11 หน้าโรงแรม และของกินหาง่าย

It is a continued stay from the first booking booked 13-15 January 2023 with the following events occurring in the stay: 1. The door that locks the room is broken. Which is expected to be broken since entering the room at 11:30 p.m. on January 14, 2023, which does not know that the broken door came to know only at 6:45 am when leaving the room and could not lock the door (the lever can be rocked up - down without touching the Key Card) 2. When moving to a new room After lowering his ass into the chair Not in time to put on all the weight The chair was completely broken. As if the chair in the room was not rechecked in any way 3. Inform the afternoon staff (men) to come up and look, instead accusing the customer of breaking the chair. Speak as if the customer has to pay for the broken chair, which is not okay. Ask to talk to the manager, but there is no feedback from the hotel at all. In summary, the first 2 nights stay was good, but the last night was truly divine.

The room door can't close automatically. Notify the staff around 4 o'clock. Please help me look. Came back to the hotel at midnight, the staff said that they couldn't fix the door. There is no one to fix it because the technician has returned. Hey! And during the 3 hours that we are not in the room, will the items be lost? The safety is nonexistent. We asked if the items in the room were lost, who would be responsible for the hotel? Will the staff respond with a still face? There were no words of apology or any sense of responsibility. but came back to say if you are not comfortable Will you change rooms? As usual, if the room door cannot be fixed You should immediately call the customer. and tell the problem not to ask and reply like this The feeling is not very good. must endure to sleep because it is very tired from traveling Then you have to move things to another room? That is, if there are people in the room, it is still enough to be able to lock. But if we are not in the room is not very safe In the morning, prepare to check out. There is an additional loss of feeling that the hair dryer is broken. The room is relatively new, very wide, but the female staff is not sure whether the owner is right, the face is like 🤭 in the room, there are quite a lot of black ants. Mirror cabinet and bed I don't know because the previous person might bring something up to eat in the room? But this didn't bring anything up to eat, there were still ants. The younger brother was very frightened. only towel There is no towel for you. Lots of parking, but not enough indoor parking if more than 30 cars per stay that day. Breakfast, 1 pack of Lay's, KitKat, 1 bottle of water, 1 bottle of Pepsi, with a coffee and chocolate dispenser.
