It was my first ever stay at Novotel Pratunam. I like the hotel ambience, the view, the food and of course it's so close to the shopping center like Platinum Mall, CentralWorld, Siam, and many more.

We got in around the busy check-in time in the afternoon and were greeted by a wonderful team of check-in people. They assured I got into the high floor rooms and that the room was just cleaned. Fantastic and effortless check-in until we checked out the very next day. Amazing experience. Would love to come back and stay longer there.

This hotel is always comfortable for me and my family every time I visit Bangkok because it's near the shopping area and foods. No worries even bringing children because there is a playground nearby this hotel, which is in Central World. The restaurant also has a good taste, and the staff, as usual, give us early check-in once they check room availability. And I will always come back here if I visit Bangkok again.

The rooms are exactly like the photos. Good breakfast, lots of choices. Nice important staff close everywhere. Platinum Shopping Mall just next to Central World Plaza, just take the Erawan Shrine bridge to walk for 10 minutes.

The hotel is centrally located with easy access to everything, which made getting around very convenient. While the hotel itself was perfect—clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained—I do think a few areas could be improved. It would be more convenient to have basic toiletries like a shower cap and toothbrush already in the room, rather than having to call and request them. The malls nearby weren’t particularly impressive, and the area can feel a bit unsafe in the evenings if you're alone. The staff were friendly, though we didn’t have much interaction aside from check-in and at the restaurants. Overall, a very good stay and the hotel itself was faultless.
