Luckily, we didn't come during the high season, so we got a cheap room rate. The accommodation is near Ao Ton Sai, just a few dozen steps away. The receptionist provided good service. The room was very nice, and the bed was soft. The breakfast was very good and delicious. There were many choices, including Thai food such as fried rice and Pad See Ew, or American breakfast. If I go to Koh Phi Phi Don again, I will definitely come back to stay here.

The hotel was just a couple minutes walk from the beach and there were many restaurants very close by. Our room was spacious and clean. Breakfast had European and Asian options and was served quickly. There was towel check out for use at the beach and waters provided in our fridge.

The staff were AMAZING & the customer service 10/10. However I was dissapointed in the room itself, it was clean and the cleaners do a great job but unfortuantely because a lot of furniture is broken,marked,discoloured, old it looks dirty. The outside of the mini bar was covered in rust, the toilet seat hadhuge discoloured marks making it look filthy. The smell of mould and mouthballs was very strong. I could'nt have the air con on because the dust coming out was causing me irritations. The biggest issue was the huge gap in the balcony door that let insects and mosqitos in - 2 nights and i have over 20 bites, i used insect killer incense and repellent spray but obviously not enough. Overall the location is great, customer service amazing but the hotel definitely needs redecorating and some attention to repairs.

Older hotel fairly well kept, however showed some wear like peeling paint and cracked tiles. View from our front door was the filthy back of another adjacent property. Could use some modernization-usb charging ports. Beds and pillows were very firm.

After reading reviews I was sceptical, but with so little choice for budget accommodation on the island this exceeded my expectations, yes the decor is dated, but the A/C & WIFI worked great, breakfast was ok, pool looked lovely great location, and most of all it was clean!!! Most of all I’d like to thank the staff member who went above and beyond to help us with our luggage, really wish I’d gotten his name, he met us when our boat arrived and even showed us to our room, and helped us out on leaving too, very grateful for his help! I highly recommend this resort if you are looking to keep cost down during your travels
