Room was dirty, stains on pillows and duvet cover. Bathroom sink was blocked with hair and grime, mould all over the bathroom. Bugs constantly in the room, got bitten really bad overnight and woke up with new bites every morning

We only stayed here 1 night before deciding to go to another hotel. The pros: The location is good The staff were friendly and polite The gym was good The cons: The hotel is in need of a lot of TLC The rooms are dated, the doors don’t seal which allows mosquitoes and other bugs in We had ants all over our room The bed was like a rock The pillows felt like they were plywood with a bit of foam on either side The walls are paper thin The breakfast was mediocre

Just a very comfortable setting. Really enjoy the location from the dock as well. Very centrally located as well. Great staff, the welcome is always friendly and with smiles.

Great location, quiet place, very nice garden and Japanese trees. Not flexible about the check out. Absolutely have to be at 11am o’clock.

Disappointed for the cost. Thought I’d treat myself to something nice, and instead got a room with broken air conditioning the first night. They were able to move me for the last two. Wifi was terrible for the work I needed to get done while I was there. I had to email a central place to have my issues addresses and never got a response from them as I had requested several times. They left it to the powerless front desk to deal with my frustration. Would recommend a different place in Phi Phi for lower cost. Not worth the splurge.

The rooms are old and rundown, in need of an upgraded badly, the lady at check-in was very rude and had a bad attitude, they ask us to leave our keys at the desk when we leave our room, allowing our rooms to warm up a lot than when we come back. It’s prairie warm in the room andi it’s hard to get comfortable in the warm room..

loved it..for a cheap resort it was great and its location is amazing

Beautiful hotel

The gym was great and the location is ideal. It’s still quiet at night while being minutes to down town Phi Phi. Breakfast was mediocre at best and the toilet barely flushed and shower drain super slow. Otherwise we loved it. The staff were wonderful. It’s clean and safe and very pretty even if it is a little dated. Enjoy!

Not many pool chairs. Only 6 for the entire hotel. But decent stay no complaints

Great spot, easy access from ferry boat dock. Very decent breakfast as well, with an even better view. Pool was very peacefyul and beautiful with almost outside noises from around the property. Highly recommended, and we will definitely be staying again.

Attentive staff. Requested room move due to drain smell. No issues and moved with no issues. Hotel is exactly as shown on the pictures. Only small issue - not enough sun beds. No shade. 5 large sunbeds for whole hotel. Would benefit from smaller and more sunbeds.

It was a great location in the heart of the island, so easy to get around for food, drinks, shops and tours.

Lovely place with great facilities, on the beach. it was a little noisy from drunk hotel guests or the street, which woke us up once or twice- but mostly very peaceful and nice.

Not sure what goes on here regarding towels going missing on checkout as other people have had simular problems to us. I would take photos of towels every day after / if room has been serviced. Perhaps they havent been offering enough red fanta to the spirit house or Ban Yan tree. On checkin we had 2 bath towels and one hand towel, on checkout we left two bath towels and one hand towel. On checkout they said missing hand towel 350 bhat, after asking them to double check a couple of times the issue seemed to go away. Luckily we were not in a rush to catch the ferry

the hotel was perfectly located with the pier a 3 minute walk, lots of bar and restaurants surrounding and breakfast overlooking the beach. the rooms were spacious and clean, not modern but it’s still lovely. aircon can’t stay on as you have to hand the key in so room can sometimes get hot for the initial first few mins but wouldn’t put me off staying there again

Incredible location close to everything! Lovely breakfast overlooking the beautiful bay. Our rooms overlooked the pool and were clean and had everything we needed. Front desk staff were so kind and sweet. They offered a key service to leave your key there when you step out which was great.
