The room was not fully ready when we arrived (it was set for two and we were three). Three of the shampoo/body gel/ cream dispensers were not working properly. Hotel staff is generally friendly, but most have limited English which often makes communication challenging. Transportation within the hotel (a must given the very steep roads) was not always readily available. Although check in time is at 3:00pm, hotel did not allow for one hour (1:00pm instead of 12:00m) late check out.
