The property was immaculate. Well designed, maintained and beautiful. The staff was friendly, ultra respectful, vigilant, extra attention to detail, and do their absolute best. The food was fresh and delicious. Everything was made fresh, including if you asked for a glass of juice. They will literally squeeze the fruit into juice for you to drink. This property was everything and more.

Renaissance Phuket is a great hotel with an amazing outdoor space and swimming pool. It does need renovation in the rooms and bar area and a bit more attention to cleanness. Some of the staff are really good with a great sense of service. We have been coming for years, but we can’t help to notice that the service and amenities are going down every year. No more welcome plate or snacks, no more turn down service, food in room service is not to standard, they bring food without any protection on it on some occasions. Overall we love this place but it needs to go back to its original standard.

Very nice property.. beach access was a big advantage. Awesome spa. Very polite and helpful staff. Kids pool was a perfect spot to let kids have a good time in the shade.
