500 baht per night, affordable price. The room is clean and not too cramped. There's sufficient parking space on site. The staff are very helpful. Bread and coffee are provided in the morning.

The staff is very helpful. The room is as described. The bed is comfortable. There are some ants around the table, but not too many. The water heater can be adjusted to various levels of heat as desired. The water pressure is good. The only complaint is that there is no partition between the shower and the toilet. I didn't buy a breakfast set, but the accommodation provides coffee and Ovaltine in the lobby. In the morning, there is free bread to toast. Overall, I like it. The price is not expensive. The location is also good, right across from Surat Thani Hospital. If anyone has to come to the hospital, I recommend this place.
