The hotel staff is friendly, the hotel is close to TOFU skincare, Platinum, December's Big C, Central World, Pratunam Night Market. Next to the hotel there is Nasi Padang 😍, a large 7-Eleven. Strategically located, spacious, clean rooms with the best view. Taxis are available for airport transportation, travel tours, and massages. Complete and highly recommended. Affordable price 🫶🏻

Staying for 4 nights feeling regret have paid full in advance. On the booking special note I wrote I need foom high floor and quite not in front of lift. Found our room at the 3rd floor, right in front of lift and dirty laundry everyday. This hotel has no soil room so everyday maid put dirty linen in front of guest rooms until do not know the time Towel is very bad worst than a mat. Room is not bsing cleaned everyday, I found same rubbish beside my bed same everyday. no kettle no cup, they put small tumbler for bathroom for drinking water. that's all. The electric for refrigerator off everytime I out of room as it is only 1 connection electricity in the room. Normal hotel put separate electric connection for refrigerator to keep whatever you storage inside is healthy. that is the function of refri itself. That is why everyday I found whatever I put in fridge is spoiled and bad smell. Room is old, sofa in front of lift is too old, dul, dirty and tired. shower on and off is not properly function and no one aware. In bath room is only soap and shampoo nothing else. no shower cap even their shower head is permanent on the wall which is everyone who has shower need shower cap ofcourse, but none! Coffee and hot water at lobby is not ready everytime also dirty and many dirty glasse left. 3 times comes no clean glass available and all dirty left. Toilet at lobby not working and dirty My overal experince? is regret to stay. Next time difinitely I will stay other better hotel with same price

When I read the reviews, I saw that everyone was complaining so I was a bit scared. But our experience here, a room with 2 large beds for 4 people, was very okay. Clean and comfortable, there was a cleaning staff every morning, and we could leave our suitcases at checkout if we hadn't gone to the airport yet. Overall, it was great hehehe ❤️❤️❤️

Overall We had a nice experience. The room was clean and comfortable—nothing fancy, but sufficient for a good rest. They provide bottled water daily, which is always appreciated. However, the soundproofing could be better—noise from the hallway or other rooms can be heard at times. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially with handling luggage if you arrive before check-in or need help after check-out. Although the hotel itself isn’t very large, the warm service stands out. One big plus is the location—there’s a large 7-Eleven right across the hotel, which is super convenient for snacks, drinks, and anything you might need (including Thai souvenirs). Breakfast is served in-room, not buffet style. You place an order the day before at the reception, and the food was okay—simple but decent. A heads-up: deposit needs to be paid in cash, but they accept other currencies as well, so just check with the staff if you don’t have Thai Baht on hand. Overall, a comfortable stay with great service and location. Would recommend for those looking for convenience and good value in Bangkok.

Junior suite room size 3x5,.. The room is in a small basement, clean too, the location is in front of 7-Eleven, next to RM Padang, in front of 7-Eleven there are also delicious non-halal foods. To Pratunam a short walk, to BTS is the back road.

Good location and the room is quite spacious. Taxi always standby infront of hotel. No need to worries to get cab to airport considering the heavy traffic jam of MRT construction. Management need to give concern about pest control. Saw some german cockroach in the room. Please do your home work.

There're no amenities in bath room except body wash & shampoo. No toothbrush, shower cap, etc as 3*hotel this hotel didn't had anything except strategic location in the center of shopping area. Don't ever buy breakfast here as they serve (limited choice) to your room at 8.15am while we had to go hurry to exhibition. Not recommend this hotel.

Hotel staff are superb!! We got upgraded to a suite room from our original bookings, the staff named A was so friendly. The room is quite old but clean. We put a sign as DND, but they sent water and toilet paper in front of our door!! That was amazing, so thoughtful. The hotel location is near Pratunam market, but walking distance is about 3-5 minutes, very convenient if you want to stay near Pratunam but hate the jam!! In front of the hotel, there is a big 711, this is a plus point.

The location is very strategic, close to everywhere, the staff are very friendly, the room is spacious, only the bathroom has stagnant water because the water drainage is not smooth, the bathroom and room are often not cleaned by the staff, there is a lot of hair, the toilet hole is also not cleaned
