I recently stayed at your property and would like to express my concern regarding the condition of the room and the overall service experience.
Although I was charged 500 baht for cleaning, the bed was not clean. I experienced severe itching throughout the night and was unable to sleep properly. Upon entering the room, there was a strong smell of mold, which made the environment uncomfortable. Additionally, the furniture was old and worn out, further reducing the comfort level of the stay.
There was no reception desk available, which made it very difficult to seek assistance or get necessary information during my stay.
The room rate was 1,040 baht, which may be reasonable for a group, but unfortunately, the condition and service did not meet basic expectations. In my opinion, the accommodation is not suitable for long-term stays or for guests expecting a minimum standard of cleanliness and comfort.
I hope you will take this feedback seriously and take steps to improve your service and facilities for future guests.

When we arrived we asked our room. There were 3 peoples at the réception. We asked how things we going for the room. They told us they couldn't help us that we have manage. They were really rude. No one to tell us. The rooms were ants everywhere. They come on our body everywhere you go.

We did not stay there because when we arrive there nobody there for service. I try to contract that number from booking many and also nobody answer my calling .The final we need to find another hotel for stay that time.We really felt bad for that day

The 500 baht cleaning fee is added but the notice about this is not made evident when listed. The information about this is made tiny unnoticeable in the process of payment.

Price/quality good. Nice clean apartment in Chiang Mai. Taxi is needed for old city and temples. Call driver 'John Temple' for a reliable and English speaking driver/guide. Shopping is walking distance. Swimming pool needs renovation and is extra Bath. Pictures are of all available apartments, so not precisely yours.

Very bad. The air conditioner is not cold. Who don't miss it, come and stay here. Plus there is a cleaning fee of 500 baht. It's better to stay at a normal resort. do business like this Good luck, who is going to read? Look at the example of the room, okay, beautiful, good, when booking, can't refund, like coercing customers, very bad, since booking accommodation, never encountered like this, taking advantage of customers Charge the room price plus the cleaning fee. It's better than losing this feeling. The old air conditioner is dirty and dusty. Very bad, not worth the price Just having all the items but can't do anything, the TV can't be fierce.

Cleaning fee 500THB. Collected before arrival should be included in the price of the room. The overall picture is ok, the equipment in the room is complete, suitable for staying for several days, unfortunately there is no Wifi.

The hotel condition is very old. Rather scary Not like in the picture Like rarely people stay Collect an additional cleaning fee of 500 baht. The receptionist, guards are not interested in welcoming. Overall, it's not okay.

Booking for misunderstandings in price But I'm happy to stay because I am impressed with many things, the room is beautiful, clean, reasonable, but wants to have water as well. Comfortable bed, big screen TV, balcony next to MAYA shopping mall, convenient food, convenient transportation, hanging shower is not strong. And unfortunate that comes during Next to the renovation room Noisy from morning until night, I did not rest at all, but the force majeure was able to accept.
