Outstanding service from all avenues!!! Kara, Makaliah, Ms Anna, Stacey, Keressa, Teneka, Big Dewaine, Adrian (the bartender), the other Adrian (he worked nights), and everyone else who’s name I forgotten (my bad!!!) y’all freaking ROCKED!!!

We enjoyed the entire stay the staff was so welcoming ! We were welcomed with complimentary juice and even complimentary wings at happy hour ! Big shout outs to Ms.Anna at the bar she kept us laughing and great conversation she’s a Vet there and it truly shows with her extraordinary hospitality! The food and drinks was also very good 10/10. They offered a swim up bar as well. The hotel ambiance was great for pictures and the pool was big. It’s also located across from the pier where you can get local food and a great calm scenery

My room wasn’t cleaned everyday. Maybe twice the whole week I was there. Kara was good the check in clerk and the other lady at the pool bar very sweet.
All the other staff especially in the dining hall was rude and had attitudes. We didn’t get complimentary breakfast because they said we didn’t book with them we did it through Expedia and my card was charged 3 times for the hold instead of one. $300 was held unauthorized instead of $100 that was promised. Even the bar tender inside was not pleasant. The manager Giselle was also not pleasant.

This hotel was not the best, it was noisy, no transport to any where, beach, or airport, no breakfast. A buffet was available but at a cost. If you stay at the pool side, you will definitely hear the busy road. Over all it was ok. But don’t think we’ll ever stay there again.

While the hotel itself was clean, well maintained and staffed by gracious and professional people, the hotel is located in an industrial type harbor side location, with office buildings on the inland side. Not conducive to walking around. Our room was newly renovated on the 12th floor, and was quite nice.
