I arrived at Radisson Hotel at 8:30am. Radisson hotel let me check in without extra payment.

Good enough facility for business trip, e.g. wifi, desk with light, simple breakfast. Only sad point was the bath tub without a plug....

While the hotel itself was clean, well maintained and staffed by gracious and professional people, the hotel is located in an industrial type harbor side location, with office buildings on the inland side. Not conducive to walking around. Our room was newly renovated on the 12th floor, and was quite nice.

The food and desserts were wonderful.

Christopher, Kendall, Gizelle, Kara, Melissa and the rest of the team made the experience great. There were some internet issues but the team did their best to resolve the issues.

Our stay at the Radisson Hotel in Port of Spain for one week was quite pleasant. It was conveniently located near many points of interest in the downtown area. The only disappointment was the service rendered by the management of the 360 Degree Restaurant on Mother's Day. The behavior of the woman in charge of accommodating brunch reservations that given morning was inexcusable and unwarranted. My party of 5 made advanced payment for brunch and were first in line to be seated but were cast aside. We were encouraged to wait for others to be seated until the error could be figured out. I had to return to the hotel manager on the first floor in order to resolve the matter. The encounter spoiled my appetite and caused embarrassment unnecessarily. This experience marred an otherwise pleasant stay at the hotel. The hotel was clean and safe. The staff, with the exception of the 360 Degree Restaurant management, were professional and courteous. The pool could use some attention as well in order to appear more inviting. The visual quality of pool wasn't crisp. The color choice of the pool interior may have caused the water to appear darker than most hotels. Nonetheless, we enjoyed our stay.

There was an awful smell as you got off the elevator and along the hallway. I accidently booked a non refundable room but thank goodness it was only for 2 nights. I would not stay there again. The carpet should be removed and replaced with tiles. Check in staff was extremely personable and helpful.

The hotel was private and comfortable, the food was great. The staff was courteous and had great customer service skills.

The common areas on the floors need to be updated. The tooms are midern and clean.

Overall excellent experience.

Our stay at this hotel was very good. The walk-in shower was fantastic with two shower heads. The air-con was very good, the room was large and the available TV channels were pleasing. We also appreciated the in-house safe. The room was well serviced every day. The only negative was that the beds were a big hard for us. The concierge and front-desk was also great.
