I arrived at Radisson Hotel at 8:30am. Radisson hotel let me check in without extra payment.

Good enough facility for business trip, e.g. wifi, desk with light, simple breakfast. Only sad point was the bath tub without a plug....

Overall excellent experience.

Our stay at this hotel was very good. The walk-in shower was fantastic with two shower heads. The air-con was very good, the room was large and the available TV channels were pleasing. We also appreciated the in-house safe. The room was well serviced every day. The only negative was that the beds were a big hard for us. The concierge and front-desk was also great.

Enjoyed my stay. Friendly and responsive staff and great breakfast.

The hotel was clean, staff were friendly, and the food was tasty.

Outstanding!!!! This will be my “go to” hotel whenever I come back to Trinidad

The staff is phenomenal! They went above and beyond to help me during my stay. Whether it was to help me book a ride or even to help me with my luggage to a point that they were not obligated to help me with. That made my stay at the Radisson. To the staff.. THANK YOU. Their hospitality was so nice I hate having to mention this next part but i want to be honest. I’m not sure what was going on but from the moment i entered my room, i noticed there were gnats flying around in my room. I think At first i thought Meh, this won’t be “a thing.” But it was a thing and it was bothersome. I only stayed two nights and i was out and about so I dealt with it or else i would have asked to switch rooms. As i was Checking out I shared the gnat info with the lady at the front desk and she was apologetic. Hopefully the issue has been addressed. Also, I felt the door to my room was thin and i could hear too well the actions in the hallway. Just a personal pet peeve. Others may not take issue with that at all. I just Like a more sound blocking door.

The property was within distance of the location my meetings were being held and staff members were very accommodating and friendly.

I liked the rooms very clean

Stayed at this hotel recently during a holiday in T&T. Chose this hotel for its close proximity to the ferry terminal. First stayed in a room that was renovated and one that was rather dated. Such a varied experience between the two! The new room was modern and clean but the beds were quite hard and uncomfortable. The dated room felt dirty and smelly, with broken lamp shades, scratched up tables and a stained bath tub - although the bed was softer and more comfortable...but something in it gave me itch bites (I did not see bed bugs). Front staff experience was good the first time but rather poor the next time around. Also tried to change my previous booking but the staff gave me the run around and denied change since I booked through Expedia. I've stayed at Radisson hotels worldwide and this is probably the worst experience I had with this chain - which is really disappointing. I moved to the Hyatt the following day - this was well worth the additional cost for a luxurious stay with impeccable service.

The pool needs to be cleaned . The blue inside the pool looks moldy. The water looked dirty . And there is a charge of $7.00 to use the microwave , unreal . The room was always kept clean .
