I extended my stay during the stopover in Istanbul. The hotel is very close to the tram station. Easy access to the attraction. There is also a groceries store within the walking distance. Overall it was a great stay for me and my family.

My room was clean, and the facilities overall were truly very good. In a large and busy city like Istanbul, I needed to stay urgently for one night, and for me, the most important thing was spending the night in a safe and reliable place. In this respect, I can confidently say that my expectations were more than met. The room felt a bit gloomy, but I believe this was entirely due to my room choice. Other than that, I did not experience any issues. The staff were very attentive and made me feel safe throughout my stay. Thanks to their care and service, this short business stay turned into a pleasant experience. I would like to sincerely thank all the staff and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a safe, clean, and comfortable place to stay.

room was good, staff were nice. they lent me an umbrella while i was there which was great bc i didn’t want to have to go buy one. only thing that loses a star was that their room service was nonexistent. i called for water to be sent to my room 3 different times in one night and i never got the water.

I enjoyed my stay at the Eresin Hotel Topapi. The staff were very friendly and helpfuLso we did not suffer from a language barrier. The rooms were very clean, the buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of both Turkish and American food.I particularly like the location, in close walking distance to a train station.
