Very bad

My room was clean, and the facilities overall were truly very good. In a large and busy city like Istanbul, I needed to stay urgently for one night, and for me, the most important thing was spending the night in a safe and reliable place. In this respect, I can confidently say that my expectations were more than met. The room felt a bit gloomy, but I believe this was entirely due to my room choice. Other than that, I did not experience any issues. The staff were very attentive and made me feel safe throughout my stay. Thanks to their care and service, this short business stay turned into a pleasant experience. I would like to sincerely thank all the staff and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a safe, clean, and comfortable place to stay.

room was good, staff were nice. they lent me an umbrella while i was there which was great bc i didn’t want to have to go buy one. only thing that loses a star was that their room service was nonexistent. i called for water to be sent to my room 3 different times in one night and i never got the water.

I enjoyed my stay at the Eresin Hotel Topapi. The staff were very friendly and helpfuLso we did not suffer from a language barrier. The rooms were very clean, the buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of both Turkish and American food.I particularly like the location, in close walking distance to a train station.

Facilities, location, rooms, breakfast, amsuement like swimming pool all standout. Rooms were very spacious, clean and service every single day. Great place to stay.

The staff was as helpful as they could be, but the hotel is badly in need of a renovation. The drains in the bathroom stank and using the toilet paper roll was a challenge, as someone had glued a phone directly beside it. The toilet rocked when I sat on it. And, despite turning off the heating entirely, my room was an over at all times of the day. I would have slept with the window open had it not been for the highway in front of the hotel.

숙박중에 바퀴벌레가 방안에 있는것을 보았습니다.호텔측에 컴플레인 해서 방을 변경했으나 비꾼 방에서는 호텔 내부 1층에 공연으로 인해 밤에 너무 시끄러웠습니다. 외부에 개짖는 소리도 시끄러웠습니다. 다음애는 이 호텔에 묶지 않을것 같습니다.

Odalar tertemiz, çalışanlar güler yüzlü, odalarda misafirler için küçük hediyeler var. Tüm personel sıcak kanlı ve yardım sever.

Odalar tozluydu kahvaltı güzeldi

Odalar temiz, kahvaltı normal, personel güleryüzlü ve ilgili teşekkür ederiz.

Das Hotel ist insgesamt sehr schön und macht einen gepflegten Eindruck. Das Frühstücksbuffet war vielfältig, auch wenn nicht alles dem entsprach, was auf den Fotos zu sehen war. Das Personal war hilfsbereit, jedoch gab es kaum ein Lächeln. Mein Standardzimmer war zweckmäßig, die Sauberkeit ließ allerdings zu wünschen übrig. Hinter dem Sofa und den Vorhängen befanden sich Staub und Spinnweben, die während des gesamten Aufenthalts nicht entfernt wurden. Auch der Kleiderschrank war staubig, sodass mein Pullover dort Staub abbekam. Im Bad wurde kaum gründlich gereinigt, lediglich die Handtücher wurden täglich gewechselt. Der übrige Hotelbereich war dagegen sauber. Für ein Haus dieser Klasse und Preiskategorie hätte ich insgesamt mehr Sorgfalt bei der Zimmerreinigung erwartet.
