Hotel Arcadia Blue Istanbul

Great sized room, comfy bed and excellent location. Perfect for exploring all the sights by foot. Hotel staff were friendly and breakfast was excellent with plenty of options with a breathtaking view. Only slight negative was the duvet was not quite big enough to cover 2 People, a larger duvet or 2 single duvets would have been better. A blanket was provided in the room so this didn't spoil our stay

The room was great with a nice view of the blue mosque. Breakfast was amazing, especially as the restaurant was on the rooftop. The staff are especially helpful. We were running late to the airport, and they helped us by sorting out the whole process of an airport transfer. Including the best route and cost with the driver which was especially helpful due to the language barrier.

Unorganized. Not very hospitable. Did not have clear instructions on how to be picked up from the airport? Rooms have broken electrical receptors that are very badly damaged and appear to be very hazardous. Complimentary breakfast is adequate but below average quality for a hotel In Istanbul. For the price of this resort, they should provide better rooms, better food and better service.

Breakfast is an absolute joke, waste of money please do not pay for the breakfast if you book this hotel. You get a menu with pictures on it of things like cornflakes and bread, many of the options are also crossed out! The only good thing about breakfast is the view. Coffee is terrible and cappuccinos or lattes are not included. They should just do a buffet service like every other hotel! Rooms are very poorly maintained, bathroom door handle broken, bed lamp broken exposing wires, table lamp not working the electrics buzzing from it and light flickers, face plate of the sockets broken and hanging off. Very unsafe and poorly maintained!

Clean room, very nice helpful and friendly staff. Extremely well situated to all the old city monuments and activities. 5-10 min walk to airport bus shuttle.

The hotel is in a convenient location for tourism (walkable distance to Blue Mosque, Haifa Sophia and Topkapi Palace, and with the T1 tram within walkable distance for getting to other sites like the Grand Bazaar. The hotel staff went above and beyond to arrange for an airport transfer for us from Istanbul Airport (which spared us from having to take untrustworthy taxis), and to upgrade our room to one with a view and we entered our room even before the official check in time. Would highly recommend and stay again (between the convenience and the service).

Location was super accessible.. The staffs were super helpful round the clock.. Room was not up to the standard, we had foul smell in the bathroom. Breakfast wasn't that good.
