This hotel is not good very dirty and i booked an smoking room but they said it's forbidden and the 1 staff is quite stupid no towel in the room then i ask he gave 1 only but she knows we are 2 in the room! Its not recommendable hotel i stayed allot different hotels different countries but this is the worse ever!!!

first i booked room with double bed. a month in advance gave us a room with 3 single beds wouold not change it. very little if any hot water heat wouldnt work half the time. black mold in the bath tub shower walls. poor service not friendly cancelled my return stay at this hotel can not return to these conditions. sorry great area about the only good thing to say.

I'm still there, I didn't get the room that I paid for . They denied me my original room and gave me beside the Engine room,which couldn't allow me and my wife to sleep or have peace . They denied us free bottles water,cafe/tea machine and no changing of our bedsheets etc.

Although we got a good price for our rooms and the fact that it is winter, I was disappointed that what was advertised was not available. There was no tea & coffee making facilities in the room, no mini bar and not free bottles of water.

It was worst expirence. A room in basement with no window ..sticky smell and starting of water motor after every two hour with loud noise .. when asked to change the room it was not done. They said their hotel is under repair.. they then sent me to another hotel which was even more pathetic.. finally they said thatthey can cancel the booking if Iam not happy .. it was difficult to find a replacement on short notice and they knew it ..
