Chambres en sous sol , sans fenêtre, frigo non fonctionnel, wc qui se bouchent rapidement et qu’on est obligé de déboucher tout seul

This hotel is not good very dirty and i booked an smoking room but they said it's forbidden and the 1 staff is quite stupid no towel in the room then i ask he gave 1 only but she knows we are 2 in the room! Its not recommendable hotel i stayed allot different hotels different countries but this is the worse ever!!!

I found the staff very helpful and the room was very good But what I found was the INTERNET very slow good INTERNET is a must these days , I hope if the staff reads This review that the will do something about the INTERNET really that would great to boost it UP , YES THE HOTEL IS VERY CENTRAL TO THE OLD TOWN AND THE FAMOUS GRAND BUZAAR , A MUST SEE IT ,,,

Wonderful location, clean well-constructed building, and extremely friendly employees. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Awful hotel. Avoid. Check in was fine but the room was dirty and damp. Terrible experience, suggest you avoid.

Hôtel décevant ! Les chambres sont vieilles et vétustes, la salle de bain dans un état miteux! Le déjeuner est très pauvre de choix Attention certaines chambres sont au sous sol sans fenêtre !!! C est une honte ce n est stipulé nul part ! De plis certains membres du personnel ne sont pas accueillant et ne parle que le turc!

Franchement c nul et homme qui travaille le matin ne pas serviable en plus le déjeuner et très faible

Nada: Nos metieron en un zulu porque, según nos dijeron, no disponían de más habitaciones. Al día siguiente nos dijeron que para mejorar la habitacion habia que pagar más. Pagamos más y entonces nos dieron a elegir habitación pero en otro hotel. Hotel Atlantis. Este si era más parecido a lo que habíamos contratado inicialmente. Solo que ya nos habían timado en el Santa Sofia. POr supuesto, el "suplemento" tuvo que ser en efectivo, preferiblemente en euros. Ojo con esta gente: no son de fiar. Los del Hotel Atlantis, perfectos.

Cery disappointed about the services. We have booked one room fro hotel with 5 stars
