The staff were very helpful. The hotel was well located to explole the old city. The breakfast choice was impressive.

The hotel is close to shopping stores and public transportation. Staff were nice. Room was small and was equipped with older furniture/equipment.

Excellent location

Breakfast options felt limited and overall the breakfast was not as enjoyable. The wifi did not work in our room and was out of range. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and toiletries were stocked up everyday. Location is very ideal.

Beautiful hotel and convenient location to get around city. Bar staff very attentive and breakfast staff very helpful.

The staff was freindly and helpful. The location was great. The bathroom definitely could use a bit of an upgrade...the shower door didnt close and the floors im the bathroom were dirty. The bedroom area was small but comfortable. The area was very walkable to everything..we felt very safe and lots of dining options.

Lovely hotel. Wonderful staff who are very patient and helpful. We got an early checkin at 12 noon and they helped us get a taxi when the locals were trying to x5 the price.

I asked to change the room because it looked old and weary (nothing like the online pictures). Even though the breakfast area was on the top floor, it was very crowded and messy. The food wasn’t great either. Cheap desserts, no fish like smoked salmon for breakfast, no option to make an omelette or fried eggs, had to wait until tea glasses would appear for use for quite awhile. What we truly didn’t understand was when we came back at night and found out that the cleaning lady got our personal clothing out of our luggage and a backpack. It was shocking. She literally went into our bags to place our clothes on our beds. The only luggage she couldn’t get into was mine because I had a combination lock on it. The room had nothing - no iron, no mini fridge (only a mini bar full of stuff), no bathrobes. We changed the hotel and moved the one across the street and for the same price we got an upgraded, modern room with free teeth brushes, a razor, cotton balls and sticks. Modern lighting system, an iron, bathrobes and for breakfast we could ask us to cook eggs however we wanted (menemen, fried, scrambled).

The hotel is nice, the breakfast is delicious. The only one think I want to mention is that the rooms are not big, they are very Overwall, the stay was excellent.

Stayed there four nights. It is convenient location for all major attractions, Sophia, Topkapia, Blue Mosque. Walk distance! Also the T1 Tram stop only two minutes away! We have good time during stay. Staff is very helpful and thoughtful. When we leave early morning, they prepared a breakfast box for us. Make us feel like home.

Great price and you got almost everything you look for in a hotel. Clean rooms, great customer service, great selection of food for breakfast, with very lovely staff. Pool area was good as expected. Room service and daily cleaning was on point. Front desk helped us book a taxi to the airport as well. I would have loved a smart TV in the room, but I wasn’t expecting it given the price and the historical area or demographics of hotels in old town. Only negative I would say, that room bathroom was leaking water which smells if left uncleaned, we were not sure what was the source for it, but it was always cleaned daily.
