The staff was freindly and helpful. The location was great. The bathroom definitely could use a bit of an upgrade...the shower door didnt close and the floors im the bathroom were dirty. The bedroom area was small but comfortable. The area was very walkable to everything..we felt very safe and lots of dining options.

Lovely hotel. Wonderful staff who are very patient and helpful. We got an early checkin at 12 noon and they helped us get a taxi when the locals were trying to x5 the price.

Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in Istanbul und das verdanke ich sicher auch den hervorragenden Service-Mitarbeiterinnen und -Mitarbeitern des Hotel Yasmak Sultan. Egal, ob ich ein kleines oder größeres Anliegen hatte, mir wurde stets freundlich und umgehend geholfen. Mein Eck-Zimmer mit Blick auf die Hagia Sophia war großzügig geschnitten und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Frühstock im Roof-Top-Restaurant mit schönem Ausblick, sowohl auf den Bosporus als auch die Hagia Sophia, abwechslungsreich und reichhaltig, Extra-Wünsche wurden gerne erfüllt, es herrschte eine angenehme Atmosphäre dank der tollen Servicekräfte, die immer den Überblick behielten und allen Gästen ein Lächeln und ihre Aufmerksamkeit schenkten - besser kann der Tag nicht starten. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt: Viele Hauptattraktionen kann man zu Fuß erreichen, es gibt Geschäfte, Cafés, Restaurants und Bankautomaten in unmittelbarer Nähe, auch öffentliche Verkehrsmittel wie die Straßenbahn. Ich kann das Hotel nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen - ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder!

I asked to change the room because it looked old and weary (nothing like the online pictures). Even though the breakfast area was on the top floor, it was very crowded and messy. The food wasn’t great either. Cheap desserts, no fish like smoked salmon for breakfast, no option to make an omelette or fried eggs, had to wait until tea glasses would appear for use for quite awhile. What we truly didn’t understand was when we came back at night and found out that the cleaning lady got our personal clothing out of our luggage and a backpack. It was shocking. She literally went into our bags to place our clothes on our beds. The only luggage she couldn’t get into was mine because I had a combination lock on it. The room had nothing - no iron, no mini fridge (only a mini bar full of stuff), no bathrobes. We changed the hotel and moved the one across the street and for the same price we got an upgraded, modern room with free teeth brushes, a razor, cotton balls and sticks. Modern lighting system, an iron, bathrobes and for breakfast we could ask us to cook eggs however we wanted (menemen, fried, scrambled).

The hotel is nice, the breakfast is delicious. The only one think I want to mention is that the rooms are not big, they are very Overwall, the stay was excellent.

Well appointed in a good location with pleasant staff and a good breakfast buffet.

Great breakfast and staff were excellent. Room was small but comfortable and in a great location. Rooms cleaned week daily. Booked a massage which was really good. Recommended

Alles Gute normal

Stayed there four nights. It is convenient location for all major attractions, Sophia, Topkapia, Blue Mosque. Walk distance! Also the T1 Tram stop only two minutes away! We have good time during stay. Staff is very helpful and thoughtful. When we leave early morning, they prepared a breakfast box for us. Make us feel like home.

Très bien situé dans la ville , très propre, Le déjeuner inclus est excellent et la vue sur la ville est superbe. Nous avons bien aimé notre séjour. Le personnel est très serviable et accueillant.

Great price and you got almost everything you look for in a hotel. Clean rooms, great customer service, great selection of food for breakfast, with very lovely staff. Pool area was good as expected. Room service and daily cleaning was on point. Front desk helped us book a taxi to the airport as well. I would have loved a smart TV in the room, but I wasn’t expecting it given the price and the historical area or demographics of hotels in old town. Only negative I would say, that room bathroom was leaking water which smells if left uncleaned, we were not sure what was the source for it, but it was always cleaned daily.

The friendly staff the cleanliness

I’ve spent my whole life traveling and working in the hotel industry, so I’ve seen my fair share of places. But when I say this hotel was a solid 10/10, I really mean it. From the incredibly kind and attentive staff to the fantastic facilities, everything exceeded expectations. We stayed for 8 nights in two rooms, and every moment was a pleasure. The breakfast was exceptional, and the lobby was just as impressive. Truly one of the best hotels I’ve had the pleasure of staying in! Sure, there were a few minor hiccups, but honestly, that’s to be expected anywhere, and it didn’t take away from the overall experience. A huge thank you to everyone who works here! We’ll definitely be back one day <3

Min veninde og jeg havde booket 5 overnatninger på Yasmak Sultan. Vi blev taget utrolig godt imod, og personalet var opmærksomme og meget imødekommende. Har simpelthen intet dårligt at sige om vores ophold. Tæt på alle attraktioner, moderne hotel, vidunderligt personale (både i reception, rengøring, restaurant mm).
