The hotel was comfortable and clean which is my priority. The location was outstanding. Walking to many things and quaint cafes. The rooftop restaurant was nice good food. And the bar was fun.

Everything was wonderful. The staff were very attentive, the room was clean and modern, the location was terrific, walkable to all the major landmarks. Great neighborhood for food. The amenities were exceptional. A special thank you to Miss Noktam who took care of us like family.

Fabulous stay and excellent service across all departments. The room with a Bosphorus view is totally worth it. Concierge and reception went all out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel has also One of the best room services ever tried, very nice food and healthy options available. Excellent location to walk around the promenade, Galataport and up to Galata Tower. Easy transportation stops nearby, just bear in mind traffic is intense and taxis could take a little longer in the area. Thank you so much

The reason to stay at the Novotel Istanbul Bosphorus is for a night's stay before or after an ocean cruise. Novotel delivers on good location (we walked to our cruise ship with our luggage in tow), the rooms were clean and the a/c worked! HOWEVER, we were unfortunate to receive a room that was directly over a bar that played loud thumping disco music until after 2 am (and this was on a Wednesday night). After two nights of very little sleep traveling to Istanbul, we desperately needed a good night's sleep! Unfortunately, that was impossible in this room. Consequently, I would consider a different hotel in the same area next time.

Novotel is a great place to stay if you want to be near everything. Lots of shops and restaurants as well. Old city is very accessible for sight seeing, shopping and dining around Galata, Taksim and Istiklal is very easy to do as well. Hotel was super clean, quiet for a nice restful sleep after a long day. Amenities were fabulous too! Will definitely stay here again when I visit Turkey again.
