The location is very bad because there are a construction in front of the hotel, and the street to the hotel was blocked at night so we need to drive a long way to another street. The bedding is uncomfortable at all... the hotel is very old..

A superb option for Istanbul where I like to stay when possible. Quiet, large rooms and a delightful breakfast. Price of the room varies a lot depending on the season and events in Istanbul so it comes sometimes too pricey.

Points positifs : chambre spacieuse et propre, hôtel bien situé. Points négatifs : Nous avons séjourné dans une chambre au 3ᵉ étage. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons constaté un bruit extérieur très important, semblable à celui d'un générateur ou d'un système de climatisation fonctionnant à pleine puissance. Ce bruit était particulièrement gênant la nuit. Étant sensibles au bruit, nous avons passé une très mauvaise première nuit. Le lendemain, nous avons signalé le problème à la réception. Le personnel a accepté de nous changer de chambre, toujours au même étage, en nous assurant que nous ne serions plus dérangés. Malheureusement, lors de la deuxième nuit, le bruit était encore plus fort dans cette nouvelle chambre. Le troisième jour, nous sommes retournés à la réception. Cette fois-ci, on nous a indiqué que l'hôtel était complet et qu'il était impossible de nous attribuer une autre chambre. Le soir même, à notre retour, nous avons découvert un gros cafard dans la chambre. Heureusement, nous avons eu le réflexe de le filmer avant de descendre à la réception pour signaler à nouveau le problème. Je rappelle qu'il s'agit d'un hôtel 5 étoiles en Turquie. Il était déjà après minuit lorsque nous avons dû attendre qu'une solution soit trouvée et qu'une nouvelle chambre nous soit attribuée. Depuis le début de notre séjour, nous avons été contraints de nous rendre quotidiennement à la réception pour tenter de résoudre les différents problèmes rencontrés. Novotel Bosphorus temiz, bakımlı, çalışanları yardımsever, çok güzel konumda, kahvaltısı mükemmel ve boğaz manzaralı roofta yapılan, ideal bir otel. Sadece kaldığımız 135 numaralı oda yan binanın çatısına baktığı ve etrafı daha yüksek binalarla çevrili olduğu için perdeyi sürekli kapalı tuttuk, manzaramız yoktu, duvara bakıyor gibiydik.

Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt im Novotel Istanbul Bosphorus und haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist unserer Meinung nach die beste in ganz Istanbul – direkt am Galataport, zentral und perfekt, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Wir können das Hotel definitiv weiterempfehlen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die unglaublich netten und herzlichen Mitarbeiter. Sowohl an der Rezeption als auch auf Etage 2 wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen. Ein großes Dankeschön an die Managerin der Etage sowie an die liebe Songül vom Housekeeping – beide waren unglaublich bemüht, aufmerksam und herzlich. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber, richtig groß und geräumig, was uns sehr gefallen hat. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: Unser Zimmer lag leider sehr weit vom einzigen Aufzug entfernt. Das Hotel ist wie ein „O“ aufgebaut und wir waren genau auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite. Außerdem gibt es kein nutzbares Treppenhaus, was uns im Hinblick auf Sicherheit im Notfall etwas verunsichert hat. Trotzdem hatten wir insgesamt eine wunderschöne Zeit.

Banyolar cok eski ve su cok soguktu. Calisanlarin musterilere olan yaklasimi hem cok soguk hemde ilgisiz. Hotelin konumu muthisti.

Breakfast was good. Staff was professional but cold didn't make you feel welcome.

El hotel está bastante bien en líneas generales. Me gustó mucho la ubicación y el barrio. El personal super amable. Las habitaciones como suele ser habitual algo peores q en las fotos. Pero en líneas generales lo recomendaría y repetiría. El restaurante del desayuno es precioso y tiene unas vistas espectaculares.
