I chose this hotel mainly because of its very central location, right next to where the HavaBus airport buses depart, and it turned out to be a great decision. Getting around was extremely easy. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout my stay, and the overall service was excellent. My room was spotless and well maintained, the bed was very comfortable, and the towels and linens were exceptionally clean and smelled fresh. I felt genuinely comfortable during my stay and was very satisfied overall. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit. The only minor downside was that the TV only offered cable channels. For a five-star hotel, it would be nice to have streaming platforms such as Netflix available. Other than that, everything was great.

we have been at point hotel 3 times in 8 weeks, this is the worst room we have experienced , everthough they call it a deluxe room (better than standard), the bathroom was dirty and needed a total replacement, the windows from bedroom was tinted with no outllook very bad totally your have to choose a room with lounge access to get a proper room, but we dont need the lounge access, we are in Istanbull every month, we will move back to Intercontinental on the other side of the street , a little more expensive but much better

We paid for a deluxe room after we saw pictures on their website, but we got a room far from being deluxe. The room was very little compared to what we saw on the pictures and we had no view at all. We had to draw the curtains because otherwise people could see us from the building right in front of us.

This hotel is very conveniently located just a short walk from Taksim Square and right in front of where the HAVAIST bus from the airport stops. Public transportation options are available in the square. The room we had was very nice and quite large, the largest room we had during our entire three week trip. I was just here for an overnight but it was perfect for me and would stay here again.

I will give it a 3-4 stars

I staid Sat. Oct 04 - Sun. Oct 5, and arrived late in the afternoon on saturday and checked out very early on the Sunday, hence, i did not spend time enough at the hotel to be able to create detailed omments.

Location is good. The room was beside a service room which was extremely annoying

Location is excellent and rooms are good size. Rooftop lounge has beautiful views. Love it.

We stayed one nigth only room. Thats why i can not say so much. Room was clean and standarts was enough not to ask any anything.

⚠️ THIS IS NOT A 5-STAR HOTEL — IT’S A 3-STAR AT BEST. AVOID. Do not be fooled by the 5-star label. This hotel is no more than a 3-star facility with poor service and serious issues. I was upgraded to a junior suite on the 8th floor — directly under a noisy 9th-floor kitchen or construction zone. Staff were already aware of the noise problem but still assigned the room. That night, from 8 PM to 2 AM, loud drilling and banging continued nonstop. I couldn’t sleep. Calls to the front desk achieved nothing. I even went in person — still, no action taken. Worse, the hotel never informed me about ongoing construction, nor offered compensation. This is unacceptable. Before the noise, the Wi-Fi didn’t work and there was no hot water until a technician fixed it. The next morning, I was moved back to a standard room — too late to fix the damage. Let me be clear: ❌ Not a 5-star hotel. ❌ No proper service or accountability. ❌ Inconsistent, noisy facilities. ❌ You won’t get rest here. ✅ Only the location is convenient — close to the airport shuttle and Taksim Square. But if you actually want to sleep, this is the worst possible choice. This hotel ruined my night in Istanbul. Don’t let it ruin yours. Stay elsewhere.

Good location, very convenient and comfortable
