The location of hotel is quite convenient and wonderful. several scenic spots are just steps away. But I am wondering whether it is the good location that makes staff at the front desk serving with poker face, as if I owed her a lot of money. Even though this lady is pretty beautiful, I believe she could make customers more comfortable with smile!! In addition, I was assigned a hotel room at 8th floor. But with buffet restaurant located at 9th floor, I was so disturbed by the clinking sounds and heavy steps from above. Fitness center is good. Breakfast is also awesome. But with poor management, the restaurant is just as noisy and crowded as supermarket!!

The reception is very nice and friendly. one important thing is that I booked the non-smoking room, but unfortunately when I got in the room it seemed that the last visitor was a heavy smoker. I knew it was not the hotel's mistake, but they could do better when they doing house-keeping-open the window and turn on the air conditioner.

Helpful staff .. Clean room .... Lots of extas in the room .. Let me keep my case in storage while i went out for the day

The location is very convenient, as you are close to all the shops and restaurants. In the hotel itself, you can see lots of mould in the shower. The coffee maker wouldn't work, I asked the cleaning supervisor for another machine and she said it would be done in 5 minutes, two hours later I asked the front desk and they assured me that it would be done, the next morning I realized that nothing has been done, I called the front desk again and they sent a staff to fix it which he couldn't, after sometime he brought another coffee machine which had the same problem, and finally they ordered me a coffee from the bar. When I was leaving, the manager approached me to apologize and explain the difficulties the hotel is going through and when I checked out she had a small gift for the inconvenience I experienced.

Konum cok iyi temiz ve bakimli

8011 numaralı odanın üstünde ne var bilmiyorum ana bütün gece sıfır ses izolasyonu olan bir odanın üstünde sabahı zor ettım. Sürekli şıpıdık bir teslikle yürüme sesi ve gece 03:30 a kadar sürekli bişeyler yerde sürünerek bir yerlere taşınıyor. Gerçekten pişmanlıktı.

I stayed here just one day. This hotel is the close from Habibus. . It’s very convenient for way to aeroport.

Koridorlardaki halılar biraz eskiydi. Diğer yönleril ile iyiyidi. Çlışanlar güleryüzlü.Kahvaltısı çok iyi.

koldt værelse og igen en udsigt , der skuffer, man skal åbenbart tilkøbe deres lounge adgang uden alkohol for at få et godt værelse, men det koster 1000 kr ekstra for 4 dage og er ikke pengene værd, da man kan få meget mad i nærheden for 1000 kr

I chose this hotel mainly because of its very central location, right next to where the HavaBus airport buses depart, and it turned out to be a great decision. Getting around was extremely easy. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout my stay, and the overall service was excellent. My room was spotless and well maintained, the bed was very comfortable, and the towels and linens were exceptionally clean and smelled fresh. I felt genuinely comfortable during my stay and was very satisfied overall. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit. The only minor downside was that the TV only offered cable channels. For a five-star hotel, it would be nice to have streaming platforms such as Netflix available. Other than that, everything was great.
