Such a dissapointment for Ramada chain. I booked this hotel for my wedding anniversary and to unwind after the war that happened in Lebanon during summer. I made sure to email the hotel a week before to tell them about my wedding anniversary so they would make sure to consider for this occassion. They didnt reply at my email at all, which is strange action from a famous chain. The check in was smooth and comfy, our room number#5119 (STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM ROOM) a very small and narrow room, the shower is terrible, the water will get outside the tube bcs there is no curtains nor door. The tub was very high, so with the water on the floor and the high tub, its a recipe for broken bones, but wait a minute, the guys has installed a support steel bar to help you out of this death trap, guess what?? Its not well installed bcs the wall is supporting it... the suggar strips that in the coffee table were half opened at the top and you can feel the sugar inside is granulized due to moist, so I said to myself its human error, so I put them out of the coffee tray next to the other used coffee capsules. THEY RETURN THEM TO THE COFFEE TABLE EXPECTING US TO USE THEM!!!!!!!! And when we complained at the reception, the guy was rude and uncooperative and told us that its nothing major... I decided I dont want to waste my energy on unprofessional individual, my sanity is way more important. Such a dissapointment for my anniversary and I and my people not going back to this pension. SHAME

Am Anfang nicht das richtige Zimmer bekommen. Am nächsten Tag bekamen wir das gebuchte Zimmer. Frühstück war okay. Pool am Dach ist super. Innenpool ist defekt. Mitarbeiter waren nett. Gute Lage. Taxistand ist auch gleich in der Nähe (ist wichtig wenn bei einer Demo alle Straßen geschlossen werden). Im Großen und Ganzen war es okay. Es gab aber schon bessere Unterkünfte in der Umgebung.

Despite emailing six months in advance to request nearby rooms for our two bookings, we were placed on completely different floors (4 and 7), which was very disappointing. Basic amenities like soap weren’t refilled unless we reminded the staff, and even though we used the “clean room” setting, housekeeping kept asking if we wanted cleaning. The worst part was breakfast — always overcrowded with no available seating, regardless of time. We often waited 30 minutes for a table, and the food selection was limited (not even boiled eggs). The best thing was the location, close to tourist attractions. Overall, just an average stay — definitely not worth 5 stars.

I recently stayed at this hotel, which is marketed as a 5-star establishment, but unfortunately, it did not live up to that standard. In reality, it felt more like a 3-star experience. One of the most frustrating issues was the lack of basic amenities — we constantly had to remind the staff to refill the soap in the bathroom, which shouldn’t happen in a hotel of this caliber. The condition of the hotel was okay overall, but nothing impressive or luxurious. Housekeeping was also inconsistent. Even though we used the system to request cleaning, we were still frequently asked whether we wanted the room cleaned, which felt disorganized. The worst part by far was the breakfast. No matter what time we came down in the morning, there were never any available tables. We often had to walk around for 30 minutes just to find a seat. The selection was also disappointing — they didn’t even offer boiled eggs. It simply didn’t meet the expectations of a 5-star hotel breakfast. The best thing about this hotel was the location. It’s conveniently close to major tourist attractions, which made sightseeing easy. Overall, I’d give this hotel an average rating. If you’re expecting a true 5-star experience, this place will likely fall short.

Jakuzili deluxe oda tuttuk. Başta küveti olan bir oda gösterdiler. Sorunca başka oda bakıp burada var diye odayı verdiler. Orada da jakuzi çalışmıyordu.
