Am Anfang nicht das richtige Zimmer bekommen. Am nächsten Tag bekamen wir das gebuchte Zimmer. Frühstück war okay. Pool am Dach ist super. Innenpool ist defekt. Mitarbeiter waren nett. Gute Lage. Taxistand ist auch gleich in der Nähe (ist wichtig wenn bei einer Demo alle Straßen geschlossen werden). Im Großen und Ganzen war es okay. Es gab aber schon bessere Unterkünfte in der Umgebung.

This hotel is advertised as 5-star, but the experience felt more like 3 stars. Despite emailing six months in advance to request nearby rooms for our two bookings, we were placed on completely different floors (4 and 7), which was very disappointing. Basic amenities like soap weren’t refilled unless we reminded the staff, and even though we used the “clean room” setting, housekeeping kept asking if we wanted cleaning. The worst part was breakfast — always overcrowded with no available seating, regardless of time. We often waited 30 minutes for a table, and the food selection was limited (not even boiled eggs). The best thing was the location, close to tourist attractions. Overall, just an average stay — definitely not worth 5 stars.

I recently stayed at this hotel, which is marketed as a 5-star establishment, but unfortunately, it did not live up to that standard. In reality, it felt more like a 3-star experience. One of the most frustrating issues was the lack of basic amenities — we constantly had to remind the staff to refill the soap in the bathroom, which shouldn’t happen in a hotel of this caliber. The condition of the hotel was okay overall, but nothing impressive or luxurious. Housekeeping was also inconsistent. Even though we used the system to request cleaning, we were still frequently asked whether we wanted the room cleaned, which felt disorganized. The worst part by far was the breakfast. No matter what time we came down in the morning, there were never any available tables. We often had to walk around for 30 minutes just to find a seat. The selection was also disappointing — they didn’t even offer boiled eggs. It simply didn’t meet the expectations of a 5-star hotel breakfast. The best thing about this hotel was the location. It’s conveniently close to major tourist attractions, which made sightseeing easy. Overall, I’d give this hotel an average rating. If you’re expecting a true 5-star experience, this place will likely fall short.

Les chambres sont très petites et ne correspondent pas aux photos.pour la deuxième nuit j ai exigé un changement. La clim était bloquée à 25 degrés. Tv en panne. Douche inconfortable. Pas de lumière extérieure. Etc....

l'hôtel est conforme aux avis consultés avant d'arriver, état assez vieillissant, un ascenseur sur 2 en marche pour 8 étages et 120 chambres. Par contre personnel plutôt sympa et localisation parfaite.

Location is good. Close to public transport. Close to walking street with good options to eat out and shopping. The breakfast was not that good.

It was okay for the price

Dette hotel er virkelig ringe. Ingen plads på værelse. Dårlig rengøring Virkelig slidt. Morgenmaden var virkelig ringe og der er ikke plads til alle gæster. Alt i alt en virkelig dårlig oplevelse. Dog var placeringen af hotellet centralt. Men skal være opmærksom på at der forekommer en del larm fra de omkringliggende barer/restauranter.

Kesinlikle 5 yıldızlı otel deneyimi yok. Eşyalar eski, oda çok küçük en kötüsü de minik cam avluya açılıyor ve asla hava girişi yok. Kliması da çalışmıyor! Ben baharda kaldım ancak yazın bu odada kalmak imkansız.. çok daha iyi 3 yıldızlı oteller var, fiyatını ona göre değerlendirebilirsiniz

It was a nice hotel in a really good central location. The pool/spa was good although it took a long time to book in a treatment. The room was nice with a good power shower. Breakfast was ok but with room for improvement.

Great stay for exploring istanbul being close to Galata tower & bridge. Also close to Sishane metro and buses easy to get around and explore the city and its other monuments.

Jakuzili deluxe oda tuttuk. Başta küveti olan bir oda gösterdiler. Sorunca başka oda bakıp burada var diye odayı verdiler. Orada da jakuzi çalışmıyordu. Bunun haricinde çıkıştan bir saat önce telefonla çıkış yapılması için uykudan uyandırıldık. Konumu güzel, temizlik fena değil çalışan iletişimleri genel olarak kötü.

Konum olarak çok güzel ancak eski otel ve kahvaltı vs diğer Ramada konseptleri ile alakası yoktu, çok vasat hatta altıydı. Çalışanlar yardım sever be güler yüzlüydü. Ses yalıtımı yoktu asansöre binenler ii dahi dindiliyorsunuz.

Oda çok küçüktü ve yürünecek alan bile yoktu ve banyo koyacak yer bulamadıklarından yatağın dibinde camla ayırıp duş yeri yapmışlar
