Wonderfull hotel. Food was amacing, service very fine. Fitnes place good. Minus for spa totally over priced. We did’n want to pay 4time more than we pay to our own massage here in our own country. We wanted to go, but we are not stupid to pay totally over price. Over all everything else was 10+.

My overall experience was good, there were a few issues that I encountered during my stay. Firstly, the air conditioning didn't work properly and it was uncomfortably hot during the nights. This made it difficult to sleep and made my stay less enjoyable. Another issue I faced was with the housekeeping service. It was really bad and the cleanliness of the room was not up to my expectations for a 5-star hotel. I had to call several times to get my room cleaned properly, and even then it was not done to my satisfaction. One other thing to note is that there was no imported alcohol available at the hotel. While this may not be a major issue for some people, it was a disappointment for me as I had expected a wider variety of alcohol options at a 5-star hotel. Despite these issues, the hotel itself was beautiful and the other amenities and services provided by the hotel were of a high standard. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location of the hotel was convenient for my needs.

THIS IS NOT A FIVE-STAR HOTEL! We traveled there in August, and we did not book it through an agency, but by ourselves via hotels.com. The price was 2500 EURO!!!! The comments of the previous guests on booking, hotels.com, and Google were very good, so we picked it up. HOWEVER, our stay was fine, but FAR FROM 2500 Euro worth. Good things: 1. The room was very clean when we arrived, and the cleaning ladies were doing a very good job of cleaning it every day. However, sometimes when I had to work in the room, they would come in even though I turned on the 'don't disturb' sign. But overall, they were nice and they did a very good job with cleaning on daily basis. 2. Mini bar and safe are free of charge. 3. The food is good, however NO seafood AT ALL and no berries at all. Other than that, there is a variety of food all day, everything fresh and delicious. 4. The best part about our stay was the quality of the sea.... the sea was so warm and amazingly clean with no fish or any other animals in it. No big waves and the depth was perfect. Very shallow in the beginning and then after 5 meters or so it is a little bit deeper. Sandy beaches. Morning walks and sunsets were absolutely amazing. The only thing we didn't like is that from 11 am to 6 pm the beach is packed with people, which makes the water dirty. There were so many people despite COVID. And no social distancing at all! Not at the beach nor in the hotel. 5. The internet is not bad. Could be better (since it is a 5

The hotel facilities were excellent however our experience wasn't as enjoyable as We were used to because most of the staff were so unfriendly and unwilling. Example, ignoring you, not saying hello, laughing and chatting between themselves when there was language barriers rather than trying to work out our request ( i.e. asking for a fork while pointing to a knife!), with the exception of 3 waiting staff ( who were very nice) out of around 20 during the week) never being offered wine/soft drinks with our meal unless we approached them, despite it being a feature of the dining service. The room cleaning was also not 5 star. Only bed and towel change for the whole week. My coffee cup on the first day was there when I left. And we had to ask for soap/toiletries to be replenished when it was obvious it had been used
