The room was clean. The cleaning lady was very friendly and pleasant. The breakfast was good. The hosts were welcoming. The rest of the staff in general were indifferent. They were not engaging but if you had a question, they would respond courteously.

The worst thing about this hotel is that the people in reception are not knowledgeable and helpful.....no one can guides you for transportation to famous areas and the only answer to your questions is "l don't know".... Very long distances between hotel and Istanbul attractions.....milad in spa and pool area was very nice and helpful.....i wish he was hotel manager instead.....

I have been staying here for 7 days and its the 3rd day now there is no mirror in the room (clearly showing in the pictures there is a mirror) and everytime i ask the receptionists they keep saying tomorrow. Not a good experience
