We had a lovely 2 night stay. The check-in was efficient and friendly, and we will received an upgrade to a stunning room with a view over the sea and palm. The hotel is energetic with lots going on. It’s great for kids, we did the water park and post chambers, which were great fun. Breakfast buffet was plentiful with pastries a particular highlight. We ate in Gordon Ramsay’s Bread Street, and although the food as just ok, the service was brilliant and they had a great musician and a little play area for our daughter. They were very welcoming and friendly. I also had a beer in the South American themed restaurant (I forget the name) and the live music and band was top drawer. I would recommend this hotel for a few days of fun for everyone.
