I would rate Atlantis, the palm hotel as five stars in all aspects especially the reception, cleaning, security, valet and concierge staff. The reception staff checked us in no time although we waited awhile until the room was ready but the staff whose name Dinara ( I hope that I spelled it right) was very welcoming, very helpful, professional and accommodated us in a very very nice room, we were lucky to have her served us. We wish to ask the hotel management one favor as frequent visitor to extend the hours of the beach and swimming pool until 10 or 11pm and also to provide an option of self-parking as the latter would reduce the pressure on your staff.

I think most people think of this hotel when you say Dubai, and it really does live up to the reputation. The whole place is amazing.
Everyone that works there are so helpful and friendly.
The food was great, pools great, water Park great (although did get pretty busy by the afternoon) everything was just great.
Will definitely stay again.

Noise from room next door through adjoining door.
No toiletries in shower as all containers were empty.
Not worth the price per room. Staff will also use the phrase. This is Dubai and shrug their shoulders.

An absolutely sensational hotel. Firstly I have to say all the staff were amazing - so helpful and friendly always. The attention to detail is unbelievable considering how many guests they have to look after. The ability to nip in and out of the waterpark at your leisure is a game changer because you can try and avoid the busiest times. Hotel guests also get to go in a bit earlier than general opening so there are very limited queues for the first hour or so and we took full advantage of that. All in all an amazing stay in a wonderful hotel.

We just got back from Atlantis Hotel and my 5 year old daughter is crying to go back. We honestly had the best time here as a family. The life in the UK recently with the weather/work/school runs ks super stressful so travelling abroad to Dubai gave us the opportunity to relax and spend quality family time. The hotel provided the best of everything. From kids clubs, Aqua adventure park, Spa, gym and family pools. My husband even joked about getting a job there as he loved it so much too. Wish we could stay for longer but it is pricey so we will need to save up again and plan for sometime in the future. Thank you Atlantis for providing us with endless happy memories. We will be back for sure!! :)
