For all the services during my stay there, it was really good, I was satisfied. But the security issue, every time I wanted to go up or down from the room, they always asked, "Excuse me, sir/madam, are you staying here?" If yes, what room number is that? I think that shouldn't happen too often because we as guests can get angry every time we want to go up or down, we are always asked the same thing over and over again. Please don't let that happen again, because in the long run, guests can feel uncomfortable.

Best hotel for family trip, breakfast and water park are the best

The room already looks old and needs upgrade. But the place and vibe is fantastic!! Would even be better if there are more choices of restaurants as well and if shops stay open until late. It feels like a casino for kids!! Would definitely be back.
