Staff so good and breakfast very complete óptions and variety

I found the hotel and staff fine but they want a fountain for everything else restaurant charges aD35 for a D3 drink they want D50 for the laundry machine the shop on site was twice as much as the one a minute walk away

Everyone was very kind and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay!

small but nice. bed was more of a mat than a mattress.

Dirty, poor airflow and no way to open a window. This leads to a lot of humidity and makes it feel hard to breathe.

Comfortable room, nice city view and very friendly and helpful staff

It goes without saying that the Ibis One Central is very well located - and I'll start with additional positives - that the staff is friendly and try to be accommodating, and the breakfast was good and good value. BUT - the rooms are getting old, the shower tray and sink would not drain, the kettle leaked, there was nowhere to put a suitcase when using it aside from the bed, there are no modern power facilities in reach of the bed, the TV is tiny etc. One other peeve - you can use the swimming pool at the Novotel (5 mins walk) but you can only use the gym in the Ibis - so if you want to workout and swim in one session you're out of luck. Overall I feel this hotel was at least double the price of its value on the nights that there was a conference at the World Trade Center and 150% the other nights. Relatively simple fixes to bring it back up to par but I think it's probably busy enough not to have to bother. I'll be going elsewhere whenever possible though.

The stuff was unexperienced and breakfast was awful

The room was smelling bad. I am not sure if they are cleaning the room well. I had my reservation with breakfast included but they said it is not included in their system. I have checked my reservation again. I talked to them and I said it has to be breakfast icluded again. They said they will double check and inform me. Noone informed me even though I asked them.

Terrible wait to check in at 03:30am then a key that didn’t work twice. Hotel is basic.

This is a luxury 3 star hotel. Breakfast per person was about $19-20 if purchased at reception. Rooms are small. Upscale area with access to metro and 10 mins drive to airport. Food in the area is a bit expensive since it is at World Trade Center.

Perfect setup

Hotel was very nice in an essential area. People at the lobby were extremely nice. I would definitely stay there again right next to the one World Trade Center was beautiful.

Clean room, comfy bed, good shower. Simple gym. Lots of breakfast options. Pleasant staff.
