Travelling from Canada, this hotel was an easy choice. Location is lovely, very convenient. And very safe. Was there for business, and most of the meetings were walking distance. Very nice to avoid the busy traffic. Room was clean, good size, loved they replenished the big glass water bottles daily. Vibrant, even around midnight. If you forgot anything (I needed the charger adapter) there's a convenient store in the lobby. Loved it!

Needless to say, the location is perfect, 5 minutes to DWTC & metro.
The rooms is very clean, sound proof with nice view. Breakfast is fresh with satisfying choices
Special thanks to the front desk staff Hatem, he's warm and friendly service is extremely helpful and makes our stay a very pleasant one!
We would definitely stay here again if going to DWTC. A 10/10 recommendation.

櫃檯的速度很慢，處理也是很慢，房間不提供瓶裝水很環保而用水瓶裝水，但有需要飲用水時需要很有耐心等待，而且不 一定送來的是正確的數量。房間小、浴室設備維持不佳，淋浴間的防水膠條掉落，會讓整間浴室都是水。房務服務員很特別，會希望你拿起手機在GOOGLE MAP上寫上他服務很好，即便他沒做什麼。
餐廳不錯，只是餐具多有缺少，特別是餐巾紙幾乎都是不夠的，服務員不一定會再給你。

先說優點-離捷運站很近，床是好睡的
缺點- 早上的櫃檯小姐態度冷漠，請她介紹飯店附近，只冷淡的回覆。下午的櫃檯小姐則很親切。
附近環境空洞，沒有什麼商家，餐廳也少，要活動請搭捷運或計程車。
住宿隔天早上由於決定多住一晚，因此通知櫃檯一位男士, 但這間飯店似乎不懂得怎麼處理這種臨時的狀況，沒有幫我辦理續住，而是要求我們下午三時在做一次check in 的動作，任由我們的房卡在下午失效無法進入房間，非常不方便，是一間差勁的飯店

Hotel counter staff not good.
When I finished payment by credit card, he just put card in desktop and didn`t say anything than leave.
There is no dispute in process. I just standing and waiting, until other good staff ask me "why standing here, anything can help ?"....
