Pullman Dubai Downtown

The only problem we had, which I'm sure you guys are aware of is the problem with the temperature in the shower.We were in two different rooms and have the same problem with scalding hot water

While the hotel has a beautiful property, clean rooms, great views, and excellent amenities like breakfast, my stay was unfortunately disappointing in several ways. The wifi was down on arrival, which caused me to miss important meetings, and the reception staff were unhelpful when I raised concerns. Phone calls to reception or housekeeping often went unanswered, and requests—like an iron—were not fulfilled despite multiple follow-ups. Additionally, some amenities like the steam room and sauna were out of order. Overall, the hotel has potential, but my experience did not meet the expectations of a true 5-star stay.

Room was a good size, with a nice view. The location was great. Staff were friendly. But despite paying for a better room with a Burj Khalifa view, our room was really noisy impacting sleep, both with the bar and reception below us, plus rattly adjoining doors and fellow guest shouting at 2-3am in the morning.

10/10 service and food! I would definitely stay here again!

Fresh food with a lot of selection, friendly staff .

Location of the hotel is good. Dubai mall and Burj Khalifa are 10-15 min taxi ride. Very easy to get Uber - almost always came in 1-2 minutes. You can get a good view of the Burj from in front of the hotel. Rooms were clean and tidy. Staff was polite and helpful. Tried room service couple of times - food was good (tried biryani and some desserts - kids loved it). The breakfast spread could have been slightly better but was still reasonable.

I don't fault this hotel. Room, location, breakfast and the staff are 💯 %. It's a proper 5 🌟 hotel if you want to visit downtown Dubai.

Our stay was excellent. We had a beautiful view on Burj Khalifa. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was specious and clean.

The pool area is excellent.

It’s definitely not 5* hotel not even 4* it’s more like a 3*. Definitely not worth the $3836. It doesn’t worth more than $2k maximum. We were given a room on the highest floor the 19th as per our request. It’s the club/executive floor. Rooms are dusty old and need refurbishing. The hotel lobby is outdated the chairs and sofas are sunken. Breakfast is VERY limited, and repetitive, 5nights we were sick of eating the boring breakfast each morning. A waitress by the name Jovita was very helpful. The check in process was easy however the gentleman who checked us in, he wasn’t rude but was showing no interest in welcoming us, after 14+ hrs flight being dealt with someone who hates his job is not a good thing. The concierge was fantastic, very helpful people specially Mady, Umar & Obaid. The guy at the tour desk was helpful too. The swimming pool area is small it has a nice view of the burj. The pool towels are AWFUL I wouldn’t wipe the floor with it, honestly disgusting.The location is not as advertised 10-15min walk to Dubai mall. It’s actually 35-45min walk. It’s not convenient at all. Far from the metro too. Be prepared to spend too much on taxis. We will NEVER stay there again

Staff is absolutely amazing. And hotel very clean and spacious. Restaurants are next level. My absolute favorite is the roof top restaurant and pool area with a clear clear view of Burj khalifa! Room are very modern and service is outstanding. My first ever stay in Dubai and what a memorable one at that.

Awful stay here. Poor customer service. Supposed to check in at 1400, finally got a room at 1630. Room was worn, outside noise loud. Could hear people screaming across the hall and sneezing next door. Phones didn't work to ring down to reception. Only ever had one wine glass. Asked reception who forgot. Made a complaint, the hotel ignored me basically. Very very bad stay. They also had on some sort of corporate vmevent which was evidently more important than us. The door staff in Romeo Lane was obnoxious and rude. Do not recommended this hotel. We checked out earlier and settled the bill and now being hassled by them.
