Our room was spotless. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. They even put balloons and provided a cake for my daughters birthday. The breakfast was delicious, and a beautifully clean restaurant. Thank you for making our first time in Dubai so special. Sam on front desk has such a welcoming smile, in fact all the staff do.

The room was nice but bathroom shower water pressure was very weak. This is a sign that hotel is aging and they need to start improvements to replace parts and renovate
