Great hotel! Friendly staff! Close proximity to Times Square, all the great theatres, and the Broadway museum. Also, great food of all kinds within walking distance. Highly recommend this hotel! We will be back next year!

Expedia forgot to mention the daily food allowance that was included with the room which we were unable to take advantage of as we paid a separate charge for breakfast. The hotel management told us that since we booked through 3rd party, they couldn't do anything about it, and that the oversight was Expedia's responsibility. We also had an issue with the bathroom tub plumbing which was only partly resolved.

No room service, coffee and tea in room not drinkable. Coming from Hawaii i feel riped off. No pool. Gym not great.
