Die Matratzen sind top, die Kissen ebenfalls. Das Personal ist sehr nett. Wir hatten ein Zimmer in der 30. Etage mit Blick auf den Times Square. Zimmer sehr geräumig. Pflegeprodukte sind ausreichend vohanden. Die Handtücher saugen super die Feuchtkgkeit und selbst der Kaffee hat mir geschmeckt. Aufgrundernperfekten Lage kann ich es nur empfehlen.

Expedia forgot to mention the daily food allowance that was included with the room which we were unable to take advantage of as we paid a separate charge for breakfast. The hotel management told us that since we booked through 3rd party, they couldn't do anything about it, and that the oversight was Expedia's responsibility. We also had an issue with the bathroom tub plumbing which was only partly resolved.

Check in was smooth we arrived early and we were allowed to leave our luggage with the bell hops we were notified when our rooms were ready. During our stay every employee we encountered was very professional and polite. Housekeeping went in everyday and refreshed our towels and linens and were respectful of our belongings in the room nothing was ever moved out of place. We genuinely enjoyed our stay.
