The customer service was almost non existent. There was only one person checking everyone in and when a second arrived instead of taking people in line he started checking in the people just walking in. When asked questions you were ignored or they walked away. Our room was dirty and the toilet didn't flush well and the TV didn't work. When these concerns were brought up we were advised that they were at compacity and had no other rooms.

This property was so bad I feel scammed. They had beautiful pictures on expedia.com. Upon arrival I immediately noticed how run down the building is. Once inside to my horror it smelled like raw sewage. I booked a Jacuzzi suite and the Jacuzzi was broken down and disgusting. The walls of the room were disgusting so was the floor and the bathroom. I had already prepaid for this room so we had no choice but to stay. The pictures on expedia are not of this hotel. I feel scammed out of my money. Destroyed my 10yr anniversary trip. It was supposed to be a romantic Jacuzzi suite and instead i walked into a dumpster. We didnt want to even touch anything in there it was so disgusting.

From the first impression in the parking lot was bad. There was lots of activity of people that appeared to be doing exchanges for drugs and illegal services in the parking lot. Entering the lobby had a bad smell. The pool was dirty. The water was cloudy, the hot tub was cold and looked like a personal hot tub that was found on side of the road. The rooms were small and also smelled, the bathroom door did not shut and the ceilings were very low that you can touch with your hands. When we turned on the water, brown stuff came spurting out. And this was supposedly the “upgraded comfort” rooms. The whole 2 hour experience we were there until I demanded a refund was horrible.

Horrible! Elevator and halls smell like Marijuana, Tv dont work, bed is half broken. Room smells Horrible. Floor was sticky. Hair in the shower. I was here with my 2 daughters we didn't feel safe at all in this hotel, i wouldn't even call it a hotel. Turned heater on it smelt like it was going to catch fire. I come to witchita often for basketball and i will never stay here again and ill make sure everyone on my daughters team knows not to stay here.

Typically never would leave a bad review however I travel a ton for work and this is by far the worst three star hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The cost was $110 to stay here and I couldn’t say it was worth $50. Holes in the walls, dirty rooms, speed racers coming by all night, kids smoking weed in the hallways others yelling screaming fighting. I got absolutely zero sleep.wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Checking in was a mess the night attended was rude, unprofessional, and didn’t know what she was doing or how to explain fees. The room I was in was pool side so it had 2 doors. When I asked how to get to my room she told me through the pool, that was the wrong door. We had to wait for maintenance to come down just to tell us that. The pool area is not clean there was mold or something black on the walls. We kept having to have our keys redone because they wouldn’t work in the doors.

There was no cable or internet the entire stay, our room was dirty, and when showering brown dirty water came from the foset. One of the worst experiences ive ever had at a hotel. The only silver linning was the pool.

Pulled in for an easy stop and pictures online made it look way better than what it actually looks like. Place was dirty, run down and you have roaches. Also you said the 100 deposit would be released same day and that was also false. 10 bucks discount doesn’t make up for the filth that was there at your facility.

Entire place is in disrepair—most everything is needing repairs or replacement. Barely could get more towels or sheets or blankets. We had 7 people and 2 towels. Pool was freezing and not a clean area.

The room was okay but peeling paint and broken hair dryer. The pool was great last year but this year was way to cold for us to even get in. Not sure why or what happened. The kids were disappointed because we couldn't use the pool comfortably.
