First stay at a Tru. What a nice place. Loved the lobby with different seating areas and a pool table, with lots of people enjoying. Nice "market" things available. The rooms made great use of the space, and the soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion were very nice. Breakfast had cool yogurt and pancake machines. The only little thing was no coffee maker in the room, but it is available 24 hrs in the lobby. We will look for more Tru when we travel.

This was the first time we stayed at Tru. It’s clean and quiet. Warm breakfast with fruits (apple, oranges, and bananas), pancakes, eggs (both hard boiled and powdered), and sausage. Coffee 24/7. There is a pond at the back of the property filled with lotus flowers. The property is very quiet. Clean bathroom and comfortable bed and bedding. We will stay here again in the future.

Friendly staff and clean property however it was inconvenient as far as the room. The room was a bit small and there was no microwave so I had to go down to the lobby quite often to heat water or food.

This is a newly opened property that has some pizzazz! The design of the lobby / dining area is open and fun! Our room was smaller than typical, with some innovations in the layout. No closet, but ample hooks for clothes and a hanger bar over the mini fridge. Great HDTV with both live and streaming options (bring your own logins). Also, standard checkout time is noon, a great perk. Breakfast is better than many offered by other chains. Omelets, pancakes, sausages, oatmeal, fruit and pastries.
No in-room coffee maker but coffee station in lobby is available 24 hrs. Additional snacks and beverages are available for purchase.
We recommend TRU by Hilton as an innovative “value” chain from the name that we associate with luxury. Well done.

No complaints about the hotel. The check in procedure was very disappointing. Not really the hotels fault but some how no one notified the hotel that I had paid in full for my room. The hotel wanted to charge me again , thus making me go through the process of proving my payment. Basically took an hour of our time that could have been used to enjoy the amenities or get ready for dinner.Not veryhappy after traveling all day with tired and hungry passengers.

Our particular floor (3) smelled musty. The room was not very “cozy”…it felt overly large, hard floors with minimal furniture… but the bed was great. I’m wondering if they put us in an accessible room? We had everything we Rand would stay again.
