The room on the 3rd floor has no elevator, there's no Wi-Fi password posted in the room, my phone is broken and I can't make calls, I have to go up and down the stairs, the app has already charged 8% and I don't know where to get the VAT, the hotel said the app has already issued it.

Not like the original picture, the room smelled musty. I asked to change rooms and they gave me another room with less smell. But there were cockroaches in the toilet, but the staff was polite and friendly. The hotel should improve the mold problem.

The staff were not friendly, they sat on the phone and let the guests park their own vehicles, there was no drinking water in the room even though they booked a room for 4 guests, dirty towels, checked out at 12pm but went to see a doctor and waited for the results and couldn't come back in time so when they called to inform them, they received a stiff response "10% surcharge for late check out!", while when they checked in, they arrived at 5pm and received a response that they didn't receive the booking even though they had paid in full, when they checked in, the air conditioner didn't work. The guests were very sympathetic to the hotel but the hotel didn't sympathize with them even though it was due to force majeure. The hotel doesn't have an elevator.

The receptionist was very enthusiastic and friendly. The air conditioner was cool. There was also a kettle and hair dryer. The only thing I would like to say is that there was no hot water for the shower. However, I was very pleased that I forgot my towel on the way back to SG and the hotel enthusiastically shipped it to me. If I have the opportunity to travel again, I will definitely visit this hotel.
