Nice location, middle of old quarter. The staff greeting well and helpful. We’re lucky to get the room on 6th fl.(top) and with the window. The room is clean and nice as in the picture. The breakfast is not bad but not that good. The reception has luggage service. You can leave them and travel then come get it in the evening!

It is nearby to the beer street where Hanoi's local nightlife comes alive at night and also Hoan Kiem lake. The location is secluded from the main street (that's a plus point as there will no interference for your sleep) but still very near to the local attraction of Hanoi. Love the place so much and will definitely stay here again when I come back.

The room is a little bit small but tidy. The location is good cause the hotel is in the central of Hanoi old town. We had a nice staying at the hotel. Thank you.

The hotel is located close to shopping area. When I was check out the manager (Mr. Smith) as me to pay something in the refrigerator even I did not take anything from the refrigerator because actually there was nothing in the refrigerator when I was check in.

The fifth day I am here, I asked the house keeper to change my bedsheets, towels, and blanket, but one of them didn't happy with that, she told me that if she has just changed all, why guest can't get what they want.
