Good hotel, enthusiastic and supportive staff. However, the hotel should arrange more staff to assist customers in carrying suitcases from the gate or have a ramp to pull suitcases with many steps, but having to carry the suitcase yourself is a bit difficult.

The hotel does not allow water bottles to drink, must go to the upper floor although there are many rooms below.

Friendly employee. From the security guard, the maid are all very nice. However, the sheets have a few stains that don't look very clean, hope the hotel notices a bit. In the toilet, the bathroom pipe seems to be a bit slow to digest, the toilet faucet is a bit strong 🥲 spray it away! The room is not soundproof, why should I turn up the TV volume a little, young people, there is netflix too. Quite satisfied hihi Overall, there are 7/10. Have a chance to come back!
