The room is small and pretty, reasonably designed. Because it has a glass exterior, it's quite comfortable and doesn't block the room. The hotel is clean and comfortable, no noise even though it is close to the road. Morning food is quite good with the price range in the My Dinh area. Will come back again.

Felt like it deserved a 4 star for the wuality and upkeep of the rooms and hotel! Great service throughout, food and drinks waiting upon arrival and no sign of broken tiles or fixtures or random holes in the walls as has been found in other hotel properties.

We stayed at Au Viet Hotel in Dec. 2016 and had an okay experience, but when we stayed there again last week (Jan. 2018), we noticed great improvements. All staff members were extremely accommodating and could speak enough English to be helpful when asking for directions, recommendations, or room requests. The breakfast was amazing, the WiFi worked, the room was cleaned daily, and we were always welcomed with huge smiles from the young men at the door and the young women behind the desk.

The Highlights Exceptional Staff: This is the hotel’s greatest asset. The team is friendly and helpful. Surprisingly, English proficiency is higher here than in many other local hotels—even the housekeeping staff can communicate effectively, which makes a huge difference. Room Size: If you book the Deluxe Double City, you won’t feel cramped. The rooms are notably large, offering plenty of breathing room that you rarely find in newer, narrow Hanoi boutique hotels. Surprising Cuisine: Don’t let the "simple" menu fool you. The food is unexpectedly tasty and well-prepared, despite the lack of frills. The Drawbacks Maintenance & Aesthetics: The hotel is undeniably old and feels "cheap" in its finishes. Expect an unmaintained atmosphere where things look a bit tired. Khách sạn rất ổn. Ngay trục đường chính, gần bến xe. Phòng sạch sẽ, có cửa kính bao mặt nhìn ra đường nên cảm giác không bị bí, rất thích. Cách âm cũng tốt. Chỉ có 1 vấn đề là bữa sáng nghèo nàn, đồ ăn ít nhưng hôm mình lưu trú còn tệ về cả chất lượng nữa.

The hotel is clean, the food is delicious. but the most wonderful are the staffs. really friendly and helpful. especially for hanoi, where is difficult to communicate because almost the people can't speak english. but the staff are very good, i'm really supoorted by them. love to be here. when i back to this city, i will choose this hotel again
