The hotel is about 2km from the old town, bustling and crowded, surrounded by cute coffee shops. However, the room is a bit smaller than imagined. Other than that, everything is okay.

Booked a room with a balcony view but the hotel arranged for me to stay in another room. The room was spacious but a bit dark. The floor was dirty and peeling. The coffee table was dusty, the pillowcases and blankets still smelled of detergent, the room was not soundproof, the elevator system had expired inspection. The hotel was also rigid in checking in. Had difficulty renting a motorbike at the hotel even though I contacted in advance. The hotel is located on a one-way street...

The room was renovated ok. But the room was not cleaned thoroughly, the bed sheets still had hair on them. There was still something left in the fridge that was not plugged in so it was broken. The reception staff was enthusiastic and helpful ok.

The room is a bit old but quite clean and fully equipped with basic amenities, air conditioning, wall fan and TV, free Dasani bottled water every day. There are towels, face towels, I quite like that the room has a full set of personal hygiene items including toilet paper, shampoo, shower gel, soap, cotton swabs, razor, hair cover, comb, toothbrush and toothpaste even though it is a cheap room. The staff is friendly and supports guests. There is free room cleaning every day if guests need it. There is a paid laundry service. The price of everything is reasonable. This place is suitable for backpackers, not too fussy about criteria, just clean and enough basic items is fine.

Chị chủ và nhân viên khách sạn rất thân thiện và nhiệt tình luôn ạ. Khách sạn gần trung tâm thuận tiện cho việc đi lại các khu vui chơi, tham quan. Nhược điểm là khi bước vào phòng nồng mùi thuốc lá dù trước đó mình yêu cầu phòng không hút thuốc rồi.
