Comfortable rooms. Good staff I check out, I can send it back, it is too hot, so when I go back to get some things, the staff will let me take a bath, I will do my best.

Cheap, convenient, I saw some foreigners stay there, as far as I know, there are more of them than other guests.

I booked female dorm. First problem is room don't have any key or keycard. Everyone can open the door. Share bathroom is really share, not separate between male and female. And after I laid down 1 hour, a person who slept in the bed opposite me woke up. He is a male, age around 12-13 I guess. Staff told me that just a kid! I changed hostel after that. Really unsatisfying to stay there.

Call the phone number of the hotel but the catcher is the owner of another hotel (?!). Female room 4 (room Two) has a very strong musty smell. The bathhouse is not clean.

Comfy place to stay and walking distance from Hoan Kiem Lake and St. Joseph's Cathedral. Added points for the free breakfast.

Quiet hotel. 2nd floor room outside the handrail is beautiful and airy. Most guests are conscious so feel comfortable. If I have the opportunity, I still choose bedgasm. Thanks ❤️❤️❤️

Accommodation is clean, neat beds, privacy, good security. Located right in the center, it is convenient to walk to Sword Lake, Cathedral ...

I have stayed alone. This lamp made me feel so romantic. All the staff is so friendly and hospitality.

Dorm and bathroom very clean. I really like it but I don't know if it's because I say a male voice or something like that, it doesn't seem very friendly. I just went out and looked at me like "weird". No friendly smile (except you clean the room). Neither the receptionist nor the owner (guess it) didn't laugh at the guests 🙁. Never mind 😅. Ah, also. Steam baths are difficult to use. There is a third bathroom from inside to outside (the room has a pillar), it is very strong to turn on the faucet, the water will be very strong, it will be very painful to put it directly into the person. After 3 seconds, the water will turn to extremely hot (fuming always), if not careful, it will easily burn. After about 5 seconds, the water will be cold again, after the next 5 seconds, the water will be correct. Every time you turn off the water, reopening it follows the same "process" 😅. It will take some time to wait. Since I was in a hurry, there was no telling the owner of the problem (seeing that they were not very friendly, so I kept quiet 😅) Everything was fine. Will consider if returning to Hanoi ội.

Woke up in the morning and always felt like home. The atmosphere is friendly and comfy. Nice breakfast is also included, i couldn't ask for more. Best place in town!
