Beautiful and quiet place. I love the swimming pool. The staff is kind, enthusiastic, and friendly. Food at Hoang Lam Restaurant is so amazing. I love everything there.

The room there has a large bathroom and toilet. The balcony is okay. The bedroom is clean. The receptionist is a very good guy. He is very cheap and enthusiastic. He supports guests thoughtfully. He has a gentle personality. There is a security guard who knows how to drive, he supports the electric car driver whenever the "main" driver is busy. He is super enthusiastic and friendly. He is also a driver and tour guide, sharing and introducing you to every little thing about Ben Tre, about delicious and cheap places to eat... in general, my family feels very lucky to book a room here. The swimming pool is clean, there is a play area for children. The breakfast is quite good, the menu is diverse. The river view is great. Will come back here again.

I booked the room with a large bed and they gave me a room with small twin beds. Of course I had to pay more for the room with one large bed, as compared to the one with two small twin beds. Also, the room was not well maintained, reminding of Vietnamese hotels owned by the government. I'm very disappointed with the experience, and will not come back there again.

The room is a bit old but the room prices is a bit higher than those newly properties like Diamond Star Hotel. Breakfast is nice. Reception and waitresses/waiters are friendly, polite and helpful. The shower curtains are dirty and get stuck, towels are old. There is lizard on the floor in the bathroom.

Ban đầu thấy trên app có ăn sáng , đến lúc đặt thì không có ăn sáng , với lại thường resort hay khách sạn 4 sao trở lên thì book phòng phải bao gồm ăn sáng cho khách hàng , đến lúc đặt rồi đến nơi biết không có ăn sáng , ăn sáng phải thêm 150K , chưa kể cách âm không tốt
