A cool, peaceful green space by the river. Clean, spacious rooms, friendly staff. An ideal place to relax, enjoy the slow pace of life, and feel the gentle charm of Ben Tre.

The food was delicious, lunch at the restaurant was reasonably priced, and the flan was fantastic. The breakfast buffet was also good. The soundproofing in the rooms was terrible; I could hear everything the people in the next room were saying, and the same went for the rooms opposite. I could hear them slamming their doors, and if anyone ran upstairs, I could hear a loud banging sound overhead. I requested quiet, but it seemed like they didn't care much. The towels at the pool were very old and tattered. The pool water was dirty, there was a lot of trash, and there was no pool attendant. The mattresses in the rooms sagged a lot, causing back pain, and the blankets were old. The shower heads were old, the water pressure was very weak, the spray nozzles were also old, and the toilet bowls weren't cleaned properly. At first, I thought the yellow color was due to the water source, but it wasn't.

This was my second time staying at the hotel. I had a peaceful, blissful time with a nice river view, friendly staff, and a good breakfast spread. There was no halal food, but the variety of fruits, drinks, and pastries were sufficient.

The hotel is clean, cool, and offers early check-in (if available). Everything is fine, but the reception staff should pay a little more attention and remind families with young children about the noise they make running and shouting in the hallway.

Will return. A relaxing getaway with beautiful scenery and reasonable prices.

The hotel facing the street and overlooking the road during Tet (Lunar New Year) was lovely.

The resort has a beautiful view, everything is fine except for the lack of an iron in the room. The food wasn't very tasty and lacked variety.

Price 1.3 million but service like that is not good. Bathroom has no bathtub. Wifi is weak, TV can only watch TV, can't watch anything else

Beautiful and quiet place. I love the swimming pool. The staff is kind, enthusiastic, and friendly. Food at Hoang Lam Restaurant is so amazing. I love everything there.

I booked the room with a large bed and they gave me a room with small twin beds. Of course I had to pay more for the room with one large bed, as compared to the one with two small twin beds. Also, the room was not well maintained, reminding of Vietnamese hotels owned by the government. I'm very disappointed with the experience, and will not come back there again.
