This rental is also very cheap, only 120 shifts per unit and especially the receptionists of the day or night shift are very cute and enthusiastic. Opposite the hotel, there's a 30-step staircase leading straight down to the Da Lat night market. The hotel offers affordable, high-quality motorbike rentals, and the receptionist is handsome and charming. Out of 10 trips to Da Lat, this is the most satisfying hotel I've ever stayed at.

There was a very unpleasant male employee, when a customer called to borrow an iron, he hung up immediately. He didn't even smile. He didn't give the ironing service, so the customer had to pay and said there was no staff. Support was difficult. The next day, there was a nicer male employee. The hotel's price and location are ok, but don't ignore the customer just because the price is cheap. Asking the receptionist to use the service makes you think you're asking for the boss's salary :)))

The room is not like the picture. When I complained to the hotel staff, they said the picture on the internet was general. The room did not have a window, let alone a balcony like the picture. After booking, I stayed for a few hours and then went to another hotel because I couldn't stay there. The staff's attitude was 1/1000000 points 🙂.

I used to hope that this hotel would be extremely good, but other than the location, there are many minus points. The hotel's location is the best because it is next to the market. However, the room's soundproofing is not good because you can hear the sound of vehicles quite clearly, especially passenger cars. The staff is okay because they are not very friendly, feel normal and do not support guests as enthusiastically as other hotels I have visited. The room is comfortable but shows signs of being old and a bit damp. You should repaint the walls and spray insecticide because the room has many mosquitoes. Hopefully the hotel will change the above points to make it more perfect.

Phòng khách sạn sạch sẽ, bạn nhân viên thân thiện. Nhà mình book phòng gia đình ở tầng 3 nên có ban công rộng rãi và thoáng. Trong phòng có bếp điện, ấm siêu tốc, lò vi sóng và các dụng cụ ăn uống. Từ khách sạn đi xuống khu vực chợ rất gần, chỉ cần băng qua Colline là tới. Có chỗ để xe máy. Đi ô tô thì phải gửi ở bãi xe đối diện, 100k 1 đêm. Túm lại là 1 nơi nghỉ tuyệt vời cho gia đình.
