The location is very nice for traveling, the room looked nice but the breakfast wasn't good enough and encountered the female receptionist very rude, she asked a security staff disgusted me at night.

Resort 4 * everything I find OK, the room is clean and room has a steam iron which is very convenient. My family got a free room upgrade, satisfied when I have a 2 night stay here, I will come back.❤️

I really like the space of the hotel. It makes people feel very comfortable coming here. The male receptionist is also very cute and enthusiastic. Because it is located in Tuyen Lam lake area, it is difficult to move to the city. In the morning, the food is not rich and a bit cold. However, people can make a cup of coffee to sip, watching the scenery of the blue lake in front of them is very poetic.

Resort is a great space to relax, during the day can fully feel the fresh air of the resort. Da Lat pine forest, Tuyen Lam lake but not in the city, the price is reasonable, although breakfast is small, but it is acceptable because the resort may reduce the cost of breakfast to reduce the price of stay, friendly staff . The road was a bit difficult to enter the room when it was raining heavily, so I got lost, the car was parked right at the villa, convenient to move.

Hotel staff are attentive. Breakfast is a bit small; no toaster. Beautiful view, clean room, cute balcony table. The room was a bit noisy because the sound of walking on the stairs was very clear; Guests at night play late, very noisy. However, it was supported to change rooms when required.

First, I ordered a premium site double room (as far as I know this is the highest room class here) + extra bed for 1 person! At 3:30 at check-in, the hotel gave me a ground floor room with 2 double beds, a balcony overlooking the check-in place and a security booth, which means that everyone who enters this hotel area will also see their room. And what I'm doing, people can see it too. No privacy at all. The room also does not have a bathtub as shown in the description at the time of booking. Called the front desk and asked, "There is no room with a bathtub here?!?" After 1 hour of expressing displeasure and asking to change rooms, the receptionist took me to another room, this time the one below I took pictures, lake view, bath tub (?!?) But due to the room was not cleaned yet so we had to wait again, ok accepted to wait, until 6pm we still couldn't change rooms. Going to rest but waiting and having problems with accommodation takes time is definitely not fun!!!! But the hotel also has goodwill, ok, temporarily accepted! Tomorrow morning, it will be called a disaster. Breakfast buffet: few items, slow refill, the company's guests are extremely busy, impolite, crowded, noisy, not enough seats, bad food!!! The service staff is not enough Bored of waiting for the food to be filled for a long time and the food is very bad. If you expect this hotel to be 4 star standard, it's still a long time coming!!! From experience, it is better to book a regular class at an international standard hotel than a luxury room at a regular hotel!! Once and forever remember forever. Hotels and resorts in Vietnam want to leave as many stars as they can! Overall very bad

The resort is very nice but a bit old and the service is bad, the reception is not polite at all. The security guard was only because guests did not know that they were not allowed to park motorbikes in front of the reception room, but stood on the steps angrily, shouting loudly to chase guests "out, do not park here". Breakfast is terrible, horrible. Our group of 4 people couldn't swallow and had to go back to the room to cook instant noodles. I've stayed at many resorts in Vietnam and abroad and have never had a 4-star resort with such bad service. Never come back.
