A damage deposit of 1,000,000 VND is required at check-in (in cash or bank transfer). This amount will be fully refunded at check-out if no damages or additional charges occur. No smoking is allowed inside the rooms, hallways, or any indoor areas. Guests may smoke only in the outdoor area in front of the building. Housekeeping service includes daily towel replacement and room cleaning upon request for extended stays. Please note that our front desk operates in shifts and may not be available 24/7. However, our security staff is on duty at night, and you can contact us anytime via Zalo/WhatsApp for immediate support. For early check-in or late check-out requests, please contact our team in advance — subject to availability and additional fees.

The best accommodation... All brand-new facilities with the best furniture. The coffee shop, hotel lobby, and hotel rooms always smell great. There are complete free snacks... If you need a comfortable, uncrowded stay in the Old Quarter with 5-star amenities, CIBIS is the best choice.
