The room is located in the basement of a coffee shop so it is very noisy, the water is not hot enough with the cold below 16 degrees, the room is cold, the soundproofing is poor, and it is not beautiful.

Because the homestay is located in a cafe, it is sometimes very noisy above. The bathroom is too old and moldy, the water pressure is too strong, making the shower hot and cold. Lavabo does not have hot water, washing hands and face in the cold is very uncomfortable. The lighting in the room is unreasonably arranged, too bright for sleeping, so there is a separate night light. Smell towels. Checkout time was earlier than other guests, 11g had to checkout. Will not return 2nd time.

Room is very cute like on the photo. But because I went on rainy days, the location was a bit far from the center so it was very cold. In addition, Cobe allows guests to be proactive in their activities rather than being at the hotel but exchanging via social networks - maybe for many friends, it's quite convenient - but for me, it is not as friendly as homestays. other. Cobe's owner/ staffs are so nice. Me and my gf rented one of their bike on our vacation. It broke down somehow. They showed up immediately and gave me the supports I needed.

Love this place! Even though I got confused about the room type when I was booking, it was alright because the room is big and beautifully decorated. So, I’m kinda satisfied with it. The hotel staffs were nice too. They responded our message and all of our request so quickly and gave us a wonderful service.
