We booked a room with view on high floor but checked in to a room on third floor with view of neighbour roofs. Next day the moved us to another room but still no view as advertised. There was hair everywhere on the sofa, floor and toilet. The floor was sticky. Something black hang on the toilet. We had full schedule from 9am til midnight so really no time to move to another hotel. Noise from the construction nearby was really unbearable for our little break. The rooms have no soundproof at all. The receptionists were very nice to help us move to another room.

I had a very disappointing stay here. The service was poor, and the blanket and bedding were old with a slight moldy smell. During the typhoon, I felt the staff did not provide enough support, and the housekeepers seemed poorly trained. On my check-in day, I was given a room that had been carelessly prepared and had a strong odor that lingered for two days. I had to request a room change. On my check-out day, the elevator was out of service due to the storm and flooding from the previous day. Since I couldn’t carry my heavy luggage down from the 5th floor, I contacted the host/staff to discuss the check-out arrangement, especially since even the host did not know when the elevator would be fixed. However, without informing me, the housekeeper removed all of my belongings from the room. The host only messaged me after everything had already been taken out, and one of my pants was nearly damaged due to the way it was handled. Overall, the host should focus more on improving and maintaining the quality of their services.

This is a residential area without any amenities, inconvenient to travel to and the first floor is owned by another business, very unfriendly All the Customer's information is available, no staff on duty and no initiative to contact the customer to check in. It was pouring rain and the customer had to stand outside to deal with the missed flight. Resolved with a blaming attitude and refused to compensate. An extremely bad experience. I hope the system will review the way it works instead of sending someone to argue with the customer and then tell her to deal with the owner herself. Irresponsible and unprofessional!

Clean room, enthusiastic and friendly staff. Near West Lake, easy to move around. Small suggestion is to put essential oil diffusers in the rooms to create a more comfortable feeling for guests. Will come back next time.
